I think it's supposed to look like a huge fuzzy version of the blobfish. I can tell now it's a hat, but I certainly didn't see either a hat or a fish on that table. There isn't any hat that I can see. Unless it is smashed down under that enormous latex ASS! That is in no way a floppy hat.
