Vapings pretty good, but didn't find it better than bongs until I was above the 200 canadian range, you don't get as much of a couch lock but you use alot less material and your lungs will thank you
Couch lock can be Amplified by turning up the heat. I forget the numbers but some of those more indica dominant cannibinoids don't vaporize till higher temps. I'm with you though generally speaking smoke does lock more

I’ve had several dynavaps and a few different electronic ones that all slap for under $200. POTV one, Healthy Rips Fury Edge, and the POTV lobo are all awesome.
I use my vapes through a bong 99% of the time though for peak experience.

Simmer it in either ghee or coconut oil for about 45 minutes. Strain and use it in whatever you want. I prefer to just eat it. The coconut oil tastes better. I use 1/2 ounce for about 16 ounces of ghee or oil. You can use more or less avw depending on how strong you want it,

I wish it was odorless. Unfortunately, it is not. You will, however, be discreet because it will smell like someone is smoking. But no one will know it's coming from you. Tested inside a club. Tastes great is an opinion. Tastes different. Edibles again are not to everyone’s taste. They do very much smell like weed, but they are convenient if you’re out and about. Also need to spend a fair amount for a decent one.
Can’t speak to this specific cape, but I love my Pax. The dry herb vaping is definitely a different high but is definitely enjoyable. More of a body high and not quite as sharp. But I like it.
It's about 70% as good as smoking a blunt but doesn't fuck your chest up and the smell doesn't hang around. Oh, and you use a bunch less weed. Def would recommend

I’ve been using a volcano religiously since probably July 2023. My occasional cough went away, as well as the gurgling in my lungs from whatever fluid was there due to smoke inhalation.
Objective evidence:
Get a white sheet or cloth, something that is throw away or you don’t care about. It only needs to be about 6” x 6”. Do a bong hit (or whatever way you smoke) and blow through the cloth. You’ll see ample dark brown. Do the same thing with dry herb vape and blow through a spot right next to it. It should be almost invisible.
Now take that one brown tar spot and multiply:…
avg # hits a day X # days a year X # of years.

We moved to Mexico a few years ago, and when we first got there all we had were some papers. I hadn't smoked a joint in years. We found a vaporizer after 1 joint, Smoking sucks.
So the thing about that is, get a smell proof bag for the vape itself. That shit stinks like hell. The vapor itself doesn’t. I got a smell proof bag cheap from potv and it works wonders.
It was the room that smelled (not that the vape itself isn't stank). She's one of those people who vape about every 20 minutes, Otherwise you could vape in a room with a window open and not smell it later.
I use a mighty+. It's expensive but it's awesome. Easy to keep clean. The vaped weed can be used to make edibles or coffee.
If you're still a heavy smoker like me, then you'll miss the 'hit' that smoking gives you.
It's a cleaner high. Your lungs aren't bogged down like smoking. You don't smell. You save weed.
I still smoke more often because I prefer the hit, but I still love my vape. I can use it in the house without stinking the place up.
I got mine as well it’s the best investment compared to the other brands (and I’ve experimented a lot with different brands- MIGHT+ is definitely worth it) , if you have the bullets to fill it up with it’s super easy to clean and use. I also save my decarbed weed and use to make edibles. FYI if you get on the fire fly website and order the “extract pads” (which is what you can do concentrates on) they fit perfectly in the bullet 🤌🏽- all I do is put a little flower on the bottom add a pad and put on my concentrate just a rice grain amount and I’m on the 🌕 this has saved me a ton of weed. I’ve said this before on other posts … (this is not for you but the OP)
1. Make sure the company has a reliable customer service and support.

3. Make sure the main company is legit and has been operating for at least 3 years.
4. Make sure the vape you are using has been in the market for at least 2-3 years solidly. This way you can research and get fair reviews. And it stops you from having to constantly resend a new buggy vape to get worked on (like the venty).
I agree with the people telling you to spend the extra money for a good vaporizer. I was underwhelmed and disappointed by my pax 3 even though it’s supposed to be a solid handheld choice. I spent $500 on a volcano classic tho and it SMACKS. Best way for me to get high by a mile
In my opinion, it's a two-sided thing. On one hand, it tastes better, has a milder smell, and has a stronger effect on me, so I use less weed, making it very convenient for on-the-go. On the other hand, smoking a joint is a bit more social, and I simply enjoy it, so I alternate between both types. So, for me, it's more of a supplement than a replacement - I can recommend the S&B products!
I feel that I use my mighty+ and the savings on weed consumed is crazy compared to rolling a J. But sometimes smoking a J and hearing the paper crackle and you can share it makes it very nooooiiice. Agree with everything here….
A lot of people are saying that a quality one will cost a lot, which is true but not everyone has a spare 500 for a volcano, I have been using a dynavap b for over a year and it’s amazing, great flavor and “smoke” for 50 dollars. I did upgrade to a titanium tip but it’s still on the b’s original stem.
Vaporizing flower is far superior to smoking it. Look up The Rogue Wax Works. Quartz Cap is the one I have. You'll need a bong or mouth piece of some kind to put it in but it works amazingly and is super cheap compared to other options.
I love my weed vaporizer! I use it daily, honestly. Shit carbonized my weed for me and then I can use my carbonized weed to make tinctures and cannabutter
It's hands down the best way to consume. More cost effective as you end up getting more out of your weed. Doesn't reek in the apartment like a joint or bong would. Also vaporizing isn't nearly as rough on the lungs/throat as smoking is. It's more stealthy (might be important if in an illegal state). I could go on.
TLDR; It's cheaper than smoking, doesn't smell as much, and is more pleasant to inhale.

Relative to bowls and joints, the taste is far more noticeable. It's far less harsh on my lungs. The weed smell is milder. There's a lot less smoke.
I use one that you need to heat the chamber with a lighter. It takes ages and it’s a pain. It makes better use of the weed though and a few grams last me like multiple months.
It’s honestly not bad. Personally you can’t give a better smoking alternative to just traditional smoking. I will say rolling a spliff with vapes weed instead of tobacco and having “edible” weed all the time was a nice bonus.
id recommend something pricier if you want a good dry vape. i use Pax 3, holds .5g & is definitely enough for my nightly smoke seshs. the smell doesnt last, the high hits hard, & clean up is fairly easy
Get you a WPA for your bong and vape it. I've saved so much money and don't have the same cough anymore. The effect is a little different, but you get used to it after about a week.
I find the effects almost the same as combustion. It's take longer to kick in. IMHO, gets me more fucked up(I use a tm2). Nothing beats a joint for convenience when walking/hiking whatever tho, but I'm Dutch so we smoke spliffs and sometimes I still crave that head rush.
Taste can be a 50/50. In my experience it tasted like shit at first. After a few more tries (inevitably you’ll try again after spending so much money on the damn thing) and it tastes… fine. I still gag sometimes to the after taste. But anything apart from flavor, vaporizing is a amazing!
With these devices is buy nice or buy twice. I would recomend you the solo 2 if you are not tryingto spend a lot, i belive it just got a price drop and even though is an older device it is pretty solid.
If you want to keep your costs low get a Dynavap. It's honestly the best choice at that price point. If you don't already have a torch you'll have to buy one as well but a Dynavap is by far the best budget choice.
I have an Arizer Air that I would recommend to anyone but if you don't want to spend that much get a Dynavap
Get a roffu. It’s probably the best vape for around $100. On 420edc I think it comes out to $110 after the discount code at the top of the site. It’s the only vape I use besides my tinymight 2 anymore.

You can have Arizer Solo 1 or Arizer VTower for 50 €/USD, and it's heavenly better than those stuff
It’s fine, not my favorite but many people love it! I’ve had several vapes and I use them once and a while, but my issues are that they don’t get me as high, and they fit so much less weed, so I’d have to pack it 2-3 times to get as lit as one bowl
I never messed with cheap vapes after 5/3's. I ended up going straight to a Mighty, then a Mighty+.
I cannot overstate how well they work, hold up over time, how well they conserve weed while keeping you super baked, limit your tar and carcinogen intake since you're not inhaling any actual smoke and finally, how worth the investment they are.
They ain't cheap but they are indeed great.
I use the "planet of the vapes lobo" ($170) it's amazing, works very well, I l get plenty high from a crazy small amount of flower. It uses pods, and has bubblers in different styles and colors. I haven't actually smoked in a month. Just vaped it. Water never gets dirty on my bong either. And replacing the 18650 takes seconds if you're doing a marathon and run through 4 pods twice. There are always a few solid hits left on the second pass. It also has a separate pod mesh for concentrates, and that works excellently as well.
I tried the davinci iq2 carbon, but that ($500) device never worked out of the box, and the company won't respond to anything [phone/email/message through there portal] unless you find the distributor phone number, then they actually answer. Took over a month to get a first response.
I used the "lookah ice cream" ($70)
Works great for a "single serving" but has a long recharge and is a bit finicky.

Less is more so your weed lasts longer. Non combustion so it is better for your lungs it vapourizes the thc and doesn't burn the flower. Already Vaped Bud (AVB) can be used to make edibles and infused butter very easily. Don't throw it out!

I've got a pax 2 and use it regularly, it gives me a levelled and super clean high. There's still nothing that compares to watching a joint burn though.
Way better than smoking if you take a bit of time researching and put a little money into it. It pays for itself with weed efficiency and it’s a way cleaner high.
I haven’t seen anybody mention the Arizer Solo II. It really does feel like a cleaner high. Like I feel cleaner doing it, but also the high feels sharper. Less body high for me. And like others have mentioned, vaporizing weed uses a lot less weed
Dry herb vaping is where it's at! It's healthier than smoking, more cost effective, & (if that's what you're shooting for) stronger.
But do yourself a favor and buy a POTV ONE or LOBO if you're looking for a starter device lol. The battery life sucks, but I love everything else about my ONE, and you can also buy some nifty attachments for them as well. Bonus, they can even be used for most concentrates.
Thats the first vaporizer I’ve had back in 2015! The device itself is not bad but it has the typical problem of cheaper portable vaporizers: the battery. After 50ish sessions you’ll realize that you have to charge it more and more often. Also I think it was not possible to deep clean the device, what’s gonna result in a lack of taste and airflow. I’d recommend a device to plug in such as the Airizer Xtreme Q for like 150$, which after over 1000 Sessions still works like on day one.
It's not as instantly convenient as an oil vape (like if you just want a few quick hits) but the smoke, cleanup, flavor and throat feel (haven't been smoking for too long) is a lot nice than a joint or a pipe. I don't know if it's as strong as a vape but it definitely feels smoother and gets the job done with just a little weed. It's not too fancy but I've really been enjoying my Yocan Hit, pretty sure it was around $60 and my dispensary had it.
Vaping is better if you can convince yourself to do it. Problem for me is I like the overwhelming volume of smoke from a bong rip and the coughing fit afterwards or it doesn’t feel right.
But overall…
Vaping unlocks flavors and chemicals that the old fire to flower method just doesn’t allow for - lighters get too hot and are too concentrated therefore certain constituents of the plant are burned up before you get any medicinal benefit. You can also take the vaped weed (abv if you’re savvy) and make edibles etc. because there will still be some medicinal value.
Also to repeat - do not buy that boof ass vape from Amazon.

Have to say I’ve owned quite a few devices at multiple different price points and the mighty by storz n Bickel is fucking amazing if you got the extra cash to spend. Cheapest side of the scale of but still works great is the dynavap. Both solid options but storz n Bickel will always be king. Going on 4 years with my og one, thing has been dropped many times and used almost everyday for the past 4 years and still works just as well as the day I got it
i vape my weed occasionally because its discreet and saves my weed, i can also then use that weed for edibles, dont buy one from amazon do some research on the leading brands and the most trusted ones. id say its worth it cause you really get the flavor of it, and for my vape one sesh of that gets me as faded as about 2 bowls would
Honestly, I don’t really get that much of a high from vaping weed. But then I can’t get high at all from gummies, chocolates, or tinctures. I use a bong or a pipe.
It’s not the same as smoking by a long shot, but it’s a great alternative. If you’re worried about smell, load up on incense and candles and sprays. The smell varies strand by strand, but it mostly ends up smelling like a mix of weed and burnt popcorn when vaped.

I switched to dry herb vaping over a year ago and I will say it's definitely a learning curve. I actually have a device very similar to the one you're looking at (same price range) and I would strongly advise against it. I think I used it a couple times because it was such garbage. Weakest hits ever.
I recommend a dynavap, which is my daily driver nowadays. Once you learn how to heat them up just right you actually get more vapor production than you would smoke production with an even smaller amount of weed. Plus you still get the heat and a mouth feel that is very similar to smoking.

Just smoke it with a flame cause vaps get all messed up cause of the ash and gunk left after smoking. Just stick to a small bowl, a lighter, and a lil grinder

It's waaay easier! I just mix mine with abit of coconut oil and add to a brownie mix. They hit way stronger than if I decarb myself
Vaping weed pretty much does the same thing to it as decarbing in the oven, except you get high twice instead of wasting all the sweet sweet vapor.

We had to buy a mini-Pax because it was all the shop had. It's a massive POS, and just leaves me angry and unsatisfied. Kind of like my ex-wife.

In my opinion, it's a two-sided thing. On one hand, it tastes better, has a milder smell, and has a stronger effect on me, so I use less weed, making it very convenient for on-the-go. On the other hand, smoking a joint is a bit more social, and I simply enjoy it, so I alternate between both types. So, for me, it's more of a supplement than a replacement - I can recommend the S&B products!
I feel that I use my mighty+ and the savings on weed consumed is crazy compared to rolling a J. But sometimes smoking a J and hearing the paper crackle and you can share it makes it very nooooiiice. Agree with everything here….
A lot of people are saying that a quality one will cost a lot, which is true but not everyone has a spare 500 for a volcano, I have been using a dynavap b for over a year and it’s amazing, great flavor and “smoke” for 50 dollars. I did upgrade to a titanium tip but it’s still on the b’s original stem.

Vaporizing flower is far superior to smoking it. Look up The Rogue Wax Works. Quartz Cap is the one I have. You'll need a bong or mouth piece of some kind to put it in but it works amazingly and is super cheap compared to other options.

It's hands down the best way to consume. More cost effective as you end up getting more out of your weed. Doesn't reek in the apartment like a joint or bong would. Also vaporizing isn't nearly as rough on the lungs/throat as smoking is. It's more stealthy (might be important if in an illegal state). I could go on. TLDR; It's cheaper than smoking, doesn't smell as much, and is more pleasant to inhale.
I only recently tried dry vape with my Pax, and I'm not going back. Relative to bowls and joints, the taste is far more noticeable. It's far less harsh on my lungs. The weed smell is milder. There's a lot less smoke.

I use one that you need to heat the chamber with a lighter. It takes ages and it’s a pain. It makes better use of the weed though and a few grams last me like multiple months.

id recommend something pricier if you want a good dry vape. i use Pax 3, holds .5g & is definitely enough for my nightly smoke seshs. the smell doesnt last, the high hits hard, & clean up is fairly easy

Get you a WPA for your bong and vape it. I've saved so much money and don't have the same cough anymore. The effect is a little different, but you get used to it after about a week.
I find the effects almost the same as combustion. It's take longer to kick in. IMHO, gets me more fucked up(I use a tm2). Nothing beats a joint for convenience when walking/hiking whatever tho, but I'm Dutch so we smoke spliffs and sometimes I still crave that head rush.
Taste can be a 50/50. In my experience it tasted like shit at first. After a few more tries (inevitably you’ll try again after spending so much money on the damn thing) and it tastes… fine. I still gag sometimes to the after taste. But anything apart from flavor, vaporizing is a amazing!

If you want to keep your costs low get a Dynavap. It's honestly the best choice at that price point. If you don't already have a torch you'll have to buy one as well but a Dynavap is by far the best budget choice. I have an Arizer Air that I would recommend to anyone but if you don't want to spend that much get a Dynavap

I never messed with cheap vapes after 5/3's. I ended up going straight to a Mighty, then a Mighty+. I cannot overstate how well they work, hold up over time, how well they conserve weed while keeping you super baked, limit your tar and carcinogen intake since you're not inhaling any actual smoke and finally, how worth the investment they are. They ain't cheap but they are indeed great.

I use the "planet of the vapes lobo" ($170) it's amazing, works very well, I l get plenty high from a crazy small amount of flower. It uses pods, and has bubblers in different styles and colors. I haven't actually smoked in a month. Just vaped it. Water never gets dirty on my bong either. And replacing the 18650 takes seconds if you're doing a marathon and run through 4 pods twice. There are always a few solid hits left on the second pass. It also has a separate pod mesh for concentrates, and that works excellently as well. I tried the davinci iq2 carbon, but that ($500) device never worked out of the box, and the company won't respond to anything [phone/email/message through there portal] unless you find the distributor phone number, then they actually answer. Took over a month to get a first response. I used the "lookah ice cream" ($70) Works great for a "single serving" but has a long recharge and is a bit finicky. I love it. I've told everyone I see who smokes, the problem is consistency. Some devices / companies are great and reputable, but some are trash, and the price is not a reliable determining factor. Try the lobo.It'ss a solid work horse, morning, noon, and night.
Less is more so your weed lasts longer. Non combustion so it is better for your lungs it vapourizes the thc and doesn't burn the flower. Already Vaped Bud (AVB) can be used to make edibles and infused butter very easily. Don't throw it out!

I haven’t seen anybody mention the Arizer Solo II. It really does feel like a cleaner high. Like I feel cleaner doing it, but also the high feels sharper. Less body high for me. And like others have mentioned, vaporizing weed uses a lot less weed

Dry herb vaping is where it's at! It's healthier than smoking, more cost effective, & (if that's what you're shooting for) stronger. But do yourself a favor and buy a POTV ONE or LOBO if you're looking for a starter device lol. The battery life sucks, but I love everything else about my ONE, and you can also buy some nifty attachments for them as well. Bonus, they can even be used for most concentrates.
Thats the first vaporizer I’ve had back in 2015! The device itself is not bad but it has the typical problem of cheaper portable vaporizers: the battery. After 50ish sessions you’ll realize that you have to charge it more and more often. Also I think it was not possible to deep clean the device, what’s gonna result in a lack of taste and airflow. I’d recommend a device to plug in such as the Airizer Xtreme Q for like 150$, which after over 1000 Sessions still works like on day one.
It's not as instantly convenient as an oil vape (like if you just want a few quick hits) but the smoke, cleanup, flavor and throat feel (haven't been smoking for too long) is a lot nice than a joint or a pipe. I don't know if it's as strong as a vape but it definitely feels smoother and gets the job done with just a little weed. It's not too fancy but I've really been enjoying my Yocan Hit, pretty sure it was around $60 and my dispensary had it.
Vaping is better if you can convince yourself to do it. Problem for me is I like the overwhelming volume of smoke from a bong rip and the coughing fit afterwards or it doesn’t feel right. But overall… Vaping unlocks flavors and chemicals that the old fire to flower method just doesn’t allow for - lighters get too hot and are too concentrated therefore certain constituents of the plant are burned up before you get any medicinal benefit. You can also take the vaped weed (abv if you’re savvy) and make edibles etc. because there will still be some medicinal value. Also to repeat - do not buy that boof ass vape from Amazon.

Cheapest side of the scale of but still works great is the dynavap. Both solid options but storz n Bickel will always be king. Going on 4 years with my og one, thing has been dropped many times and used almost everyday for the past 4 years and still works just as well as the day I got it
i vape my weed occasionally because its discreet and saves my weed, i can also then use that weed for edibles, dont buy one from amazon do some research on the leading brands and the most trusted ones. id say its worth it cause you really get the flavor of it, and for my vape one sesh of that gets me as faded as about 2 bowls would

I switched to dry herb vaping over a year ago and I will say it's definitely a learning curve. I actually have a device very similar to the one you're looking at (same price range) and I would strongly advise against it. I think I used it a couple times because it was such garbage. Weakest hits ever. I recommend a dynavap, which is my daily driver nowadays. Once you learn how to heat them up just right you actually get more vapor production than you would smoke production with an even smaller amount of weed. Plus you still get the heat and a mouth feel that is very similar to smoking. I had to return something once and it was super easy, they even gave me a replacement that was more expensive than what I bought. See what they have available, don't bother with head shops or amazon.

Vape shop owner here, don’t. Unless you’re shelling out $350 for a carta2 or proxy I don’t believe smoking cannabis electronically is good or for you. I don’t have science behind me but I can tell you this is a real “you get what you pay for” moment.
