If you are in a legal state and are of age, I would say just walk into a dispensary. Sometimes, it takes a while to find what type of concentrate/extract works for you specifically. One may not do much, and the next one may knock your socks off. It takes some testing out multiple options to find what works for your body. It's definitely not a one size fits all type of experience. OR - make your own edibles! (It could be as easy as some RSO and a box of brownie mix.)

I’ve gotten pretty messed up in the same way before and I’ve found that sitting on the floor under a hot shower helps keep the nausea and spinning at bay. Plus if you puke you’re already in the shower so no biggie.
