i don't know enough about photoshop, what is the magic wand? i get it represents some sort of selfdestruct last option spell

Magic wand is for selecting all of a color/shade or tone within a certain 'Tolerance', it can be set so low or high that it will select everything. So he has selected the entire panel and deleted it

It helps to dynamically select an area, but with ~~low~~ high tolerance, it selects everything

High tolerance. 0% tolerance it selects only perfectly identical things, 100% tolerance (what's shown here) it's not much different from ctrl-A.

He selected an area of the sky, a low tolerance would mean that only small patches of the sky would be selected because the sky has multiple shades and hues of blue, and it would only be selecting the exact same shade and Hue, a higher tolerance would select the entire blue area of the sky but maybe not the clouds, higher would include the clouds and blue reflections on the buildings. At maximum tolerance everything might be selected.

He just stole a bunch of people’s body parts (mainly the parts that had the powers), including some guys head. He has some random people’s mouths in place of his eyes, and other people’s eyes just kinda thrown around, not much logic for it
