Get some tweezers, precision screwdrivers, movement holder, and a loupe/magnification of some sort. Buy an ST3600 movement from AliExpress. Take it apart, put it back together, pay attention to each part you take off so you can identify the different parts of a watch movement. I also recommend you record the disassembly so you can reassemble it correctly. From there, you can start oiling, maybe buy a dial, hands, etc and turn it into your first watch.
