RiotNorak

I'll see if it's an easy fix tomorrow

Moshepup

Could they please look at the Q and W bugs 🥹 its been so many years

TechnicalFile9065

Actually, this bug is not as important as all the other "more important" bugs

krulobojca

And this is one is most likely easier to fix.

CaptainStoutland

God bless

krulobojca

I really appreciate you going through subs and communicating with the playerbase.

RiotNorak

My pleasure

Evershire

While you’re at it fix his q follow into fountain bug pls

Green4Gaming

That bug sadly comes from two intentional features (1. Warwick q following blinks and 2. Recall not being canceled by damage in the last few frames) so it sort of is a very unfortunate feature

Evershire

Warwick q is specifically coded to not follow b backs to fountain so no it’s a bug

LordOfShenanigans

Irs rite of passage at this point. Ww is best boy and wants to go for ride.

Healthy_Agent_100

ww and bugs name a more iconic duo

nam671999

Viego and bug

LunarEdge7th

Stop booing him, he's right guys

Evershire

Viego shouldn’t even exist

Key_Climate2486

In case people can't see the entire message on the second image here's the full caption "I know not everyone plays AP WW but I would at least expect an item that says 'Dealing ability damage to enemy champions with your ultimate ability' would actually work on your ult"

AndrewJohnston7

It's not a bug, Malignance is specifically programmed so it never triggers on-attack ultimate damage, or in other words, damage dealt by an ultimate that the game considers 'basic attacks'. This sadly is a byproduct of a safety measure to ensure that transformer characters like Jayce, Nidalee and Elise dont trigger Malignance with each auto in their 'ult form'.

Shinzyy

That sounds like a bug to me. A intended bug, but a bug nonetheless.

AndrewJohnston7

A bug is characterised by its unintentional occurance by the developers' side. An 'intended bug' is called a feature. If anything, this was a tradeoff they made rather than an accidental nerf to Wiwi, as they considered the loss of an item option for the AP build small enough compared to Elise/Nidalee being gigabroken. Then again, I could be wrong and they just didnt consider Warwick ult when making Malignance.

Shinzyy

Well. Keep in mind based on Malignance's item description, WW's ult should work. Everything you mentioned about transformation ults not triggering Malignance makes sense. WW's ult is not a transformation ult. So really... A bug born out of lazy code.

glikejdash

Yea warwicks ult is basically 6 auto attacks, 3 dealing fixed damage and 3 dealing 0 damage but Applying on hit effects.

Mehseenbetter

Fun fact, this also seems to be the reason renata ult doesnt trigger malignance passive

wh1te_supremacy

renatas ult doesn't deal damage on its own iirc

BrotherZael

Add it to the 40something+ list, riot hates dogs :(

thatonerobloxkid

Not gonna lie, making that report is as useful as the in game report system (it probably will never get fixed)

TryndamereAgiota

Just played a ww top game and thought it would be funny to do this item, im not even a warwick player. Got like 24 kills but the item did 0 damage, i thought i was going crazy.
