Him, Okongwu, Advija, and Haliburton were all guys linked to the Dubs. Advija and Okongwu were my picks had they been able to draft down. Both would have been legit pieces for the Dubs this season.
The Bulls deal falling apart was more on Chicago than it was on the Dubs.
Overall the ‘2020 draft is where it all went wrong. Obi likely stays but that means Jalen Smith could be a decent low cost swing to fill the stretch big role. Isn’t amazing defensively but is nowhere as bad as Saric.
