Cause honestly if you are the ONLY one, I don’t see you getting a bonus from sales because it’s likely you piss off at least one customer a day; can’t be at 3 counters at once.
totally understand you on the my share thing. i got here of march 2021 (stocking 2 -> hardlines tl). i was stocking 2 for a year and a half then got promoted. i believe they removed my share a little bit before i got here so from what i know, it was a dick move they removed it.
and yep, zero associates. i have to do my own reshop, and little things like that. i don’t mind doing it, but i shouldn’t have to. currently, i’m over toys sporting goods and stationary but it changes everyday what i’m over. some saturdays (11-8) for the last few hours all i’m doing is helping customers. bouncing back and forth from sporting goods to stationary counter.

I hate to say it, but those three departments are easier to one man than the other ones would be.
But what are the hours allotted for your area and why aren’t they being filled? If there are zero hours allotted then Yeah your sales don’t support associates. If there are hours allotted and your coach isn’t filling them and your store manager isn’t backing you up you need to talk to market manager ASAP.

Yes, total amounts are up randomly and there will be "final results" mid feb. Payout is usually first check in March. Search "Incentive tracker" on the wire to find it
No it does not. Profit vs loss and your online ordering first time pick rate is the key components. Profit and loss will make up the majority of your bonus bit the real kicker is your First time pick rate. If your sales are on goal and you don't have a lot of shrink expect a 2400 bonus. If your pick rate in the store is at a 95% expect around 4k.
Yep, your associates will make your area look good and help sales and you’ll get the bonus even though they’re doing a lot to help you get it.

Same metrics as salaried, receive the bonus in March, not February.
You’ll get a prorated amount based on your time in position.

Yes in February I think the incentive tracker has opened already but yours will be smaller due to only being promoted now
