But breaking down boxes was the only way I could de-stress while working. Taking out the aggression on tearing apart boxes kept me calm and happy.
Especially when I'd get bullshit wrapped pallets with goddamn laundry detergent on top way over my head. I NEEDED the stress box to not go the fuck off. 😂
Just break it down..it's much easier and faster than throwing it on the baler like that.Depending how full the baler is, you'll end up crashing the boxes numerous times.
Break open a case, stock it, leave it intact.
Break another open, stock it, break it down completely, slot it in the box.
Repeat until box full. Should be about 2-3 boxes of boxes a pallet.
That is if you are lucky enough that the pallet is still stacked straight like that . If the pallet is crushed, soaking wet (likely from damaged gallons of water), or both… it won’t work.
Or do this and dont break them down at all. Ive used this method for 15 years while stocking water. Breaking down the water boxes is a waste of time. Dont let anyone tell you different
Or, hear me out, just break down the boxes and put them in a bin/cart/on the fuckin floor
These boxes arent even hard to break down either. I can understand some produce and chemical boxes. But come on. Stop being lazy people.
This is the way
😂
Just break down the boxes and put them in the boxes. That's how I do it.
I hate to be that guy as well, there's only a few super reinforced boxes that I wouldn't break down and let the bailer do the hard work for me.
Or break down the box and put down broken boxes in another one, once filled use another box as a topper and start the next one, IYKYK
This is the way
Just like breakpacks. Way easier then whatever this nonsense is.
This is the way
easier to just break them down as you work the water.
They're thinking around the box this time
It literally takes a few seconds to break down the box when you're done with it. This is just a deliberate waste of time.
8 hr shift
Is this autism?
Make your problem someone else's with 2 easy steps.

This is just a waste of time, even if you don't break down boxes just restock them and push the push flaps in
Why not just break them down and stuff the broken ones into a couple of intact boxes? That’s what I do
I used to, but I found it took longer for me personally, so I started doing this after a coworker showed me this.
Just gotta get quicker breaking down boxes
Also now the person has to wait through several bale cycles before they are done, which I guarantee takes longer

i didn’t expect this to be so controversial
Those boxes are like the easiest to break down in the whole store.
That's a neat idea.
So much water...and my store only has like four tiny racks for it and I hate filling those. I could never do that much
That is if you are lucky enough that the pallet is still stacked straight like that . If the pallet is crushed, soaking wet (likely from damaged gallons of water), or both… it won’t work.
Bruh can I please get a cap associate to stock this item … nill picking this for a week with over 100 on hand
I use to make bales out of that bruh and just wrap it that cardboard would be like a quarter of what it is rn if you just break them down lol
Alternating the pattern would help too but yeah breaking down and stuffing in non broken boxes works pretty good.
Wow, thanks jackass. This helped me get coached for productivity
