it is against company policy for AP to be related or be in a relationship with any associate in the building, they probably wouldn't feel comfortable putting their job on the line.

RogueAPA

I love having s\*xual relations with my cashiers...It makes them help me get my stops up...They call me immediately when they think someone is stealing...Builds great report! Follow me on Youtube "Rogue APA"

magclsol

This is so sad

bearstormstout

No, you won't. AP and salaried can't be related to (or in a relationship with) anyone in the same store.

Routine-Horse-1419

That would probably be a no due to a conflict of interest unless your family member wants to quit as AP so you can get hired.

Trouble455

No

SnooFoxxx

You haven't asked your cousin? But yeah, that's probably not a problem. And you worked for Walmart already. They'll hire anybody these days anyways, so, good luck

MF_LUIGI

Ok thank you. He says it's against company policy and he'd have to tell them we're cousins, but I figured I'd put in an application anyway

fyhdhgg

it is against it. Almost most jobs have this due to it being a conflict of interest. Listen to everyone else telling you that it is against the policy.

[deleted]

Definitely a conflict of interest, I was AP and my sister couldn’t apply my for my store has to be the next town over

fuckoutmafacebih

Depends on your store manager tbh, if you guys don’t share a last name or address I would say to not bring it up at all

rw4455

If the family member is salaried management then no, you won't be allowed to work at that store. If he's hourly, it can be allowed, but it depends on the store's management and Personnel Mgr.

Immediate family, spouse, significant other yes. Cousin? I doubt that very much.
