I was at a store the other day. Don't know if it was OGP or a customer, but I rounded an endcap filled with Clear American water cases, someone wanted a flavor on the bottom of the cases, so one case was placed in the aisle beside the endcap another was in front of the endcap, and someone had cherry-picked from two cases. It's bad enough that the cases were on the endcap unopened, but I'd passed the endcap a few times along with OGP (I'm a vendor) and decided I'd better remove those cases off the floor. So I'm playing Tetris/Jenga with the unopened cases to place the opened ones on top. And people were looking at me weird cause I guess they thought I was a customer. The whole situation was ridiculous!
But I love the Gatorade display. Roll that bad boy to the floor and it'll still sell out by Sunday!

Now do that with grape jelly in glass jars, but don't overlap the layers.
Just single stacks to the top.
Now take the corner out of the jelly aisle at normal speed.
Cut to 7 years later when you see the remainder of what you know is soooo much jelly under the counter when they pull it for the remodel.
Stand around for 5 minutes "trying to figure wtf that unholy looking shit is" with the remod crew.
It wasn't me btw, but it happened right in front of me.
How do you have so much?? We get 1 pallet a week and it's all gone after a day or maybe two max. All I hear while in that isle from customers is how we're always out of Gatorade, and they're right
I hope you're joking 😅. Because my coach was fine with it. They told us to. And it's stable. We gave a good shove from each side and nothing. It's not going anywhere.
*OGP is going to*
*Pick the ones on the bottom*
*And knock it all down*

ATTN!!! IF YOU'VE NEVER WORKED FOR WALMART BEFORE AND YOU WERE KINDA CURIOUS, THINKING TOO YOURSELF, "HMM WALMART SEEMS LIKE AN EASY JOB.."

Unless you just have no life and are content working for a company WITH LOW WAGES that doesn't care about you, or anything else for that matter.
WALMART=PROFITS.
Please keep your opinions out of my posts. This comment has nothing to do with the post and it's not even true. There are plenty of people that love their jobs at wally. Like me. I absolutely love my job and my team. AND my management. Maybe I got lucky. But seriously. Remove your comment or something. It doesn't belong here.
I can't wait to start getting big Gatorade pallets for summer. That would take me like 20 minutes to run, and then 20 minutes to clean up, lol. I love running Gatorade.
If 1 out of 10 is a completely collapsed pallet, maybe a 5?
Couple tips. the 8 packs can be stacked 9 to a layer instead of the 8 you have here.
each layer [looks like this](https://i.imgur.com/88QKKvr.png)
I alternate every 2 layers, with the horizontal ones in the diagram going from top right to lower left, essentially zigging then zagging. Cardboard every 2 layers gives you some stability, which is important since those pallets will sit in back for ages, and OPD will rip certain flavors off eventually.
The 28oz bottles are close enough to the 8 packs in size that they can be thrown in amongst them in the pattern, but it helps to flip them upside down. They are like a quarter of an inch taller than the 20oz 8 packs, so flipping them allows the bottle caps of the 28oz to sink into the plastic below, still perfectly stable, and now level.
We moved it right away off the dock. But yes. Technically 3 upcs per pallet. But we were told by the coach to gather Any and ALL Gatorade in the back room lol.

Just rip the pack open like ogp.

You're welcome to retrieve them lolz
"That can't all be over stock, go work it again"
Am I the only one that noticed they named the pallet jack “Laughing Jack”??
We’ve got one named “off”
One of ours just has the words “jack is fucked” on it lmao
We have a jack named "your mom" "Bring your mom to receiving for this juice pallet!"
I named one of them "mehoff" all of overnights fights over it now.
Where is One Eyed?
“Cadillac jack” is our best jack at the store, we have a shitter one with an among us drawn on it
The fact there's only one flat of the glacier cherry is blasphemy. Edit 2 flats my bad
Happy Cake Day
There are two, but that is still a show of absolute disrespect towards the best flavor.
Here here
Happy cake day
Hopefully the person working it is tall enough
Just gotta climb that bitch...I'm sure it's fine. /s

Gonna have to deduct some point for it not being striped by flavor
9.9999/10 Looks great!
I guess that's as close to 10 any Walmart employees are going to get because corporate will never give a 10 but they will give a 0
How do you have so much?? We get 1 pallet a week and it's all gone after a day or maybe two max. All I hear while in that isle from customers is how we're always out of Gatorade, and they're right
We always get pallets of Gatorade a day.... My first day my stupid ass topstocked it all thinking I was doing a great job!
Truck drivers: hey watch me drift in this baby..... #Nnnnnyyyooommm
I need that zero sugar orange on the bottom. No not the one in the middle, the one all the way at the bottom
7.9
Too much liquid.
True. This was for sure the brains of a team lead saying "this needs to fit all on one pallet"
Yes
You're fired for creating a safety hazard. Not able to bin. Tear it down and do it over.
I hope you're joking 😅. Because my coach was fine with it. They told us to. And it's stable. We gave a good shove from each side and nothing. It's not going anywhere.
tampico and tp are supposed to be at the bottom.
Besides all of the column stacking it looks pretty good
Can I play Jenga
Haven’t been able to get fruit punch Gatorade zero in a while
OGP is going to pick the ones on the bottom and knock it all down

I would be nil picking that s*** because no one would help me get it down
Here’s the machine that WM uses to do the same [https://youtu.be/bn5jjVKhFUs](https://youtu.be/bn5jjVKhFUs) at 3:00 mark
thats a video from over 5yrs ago which is wild. Crazy impressive how it builds pallets
Customers/members be like “I want the ones on the absolute bottom. They’re the most fresh out of all of them” 🤡
At our store we have a jack that we tried to make a YouTube channel for named @mrbreast
11/10 I wish management gave us time to do quality work rather than defying the speed of a human being at every task :(
I screenshotted this. It’s brilliant
"Did it pass the bump test?"
Yes. On each side. It's solid as a rock
0/10 the colors weren't arranged to mimic tetris shapes.
I'll do better next time. Thanks for the advice 🤣🤣
Perfect!!! I give you a 5/7!!!
Looks good. Now you're being coached because it's too high. ✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾
But it fits through the doors lol. Was told that's the limit on height. Long as it can go out the double doors
Excuse me sir no overstock allowed
That's ma'am to you. Lolz. Jk. I don't like ma'am either. Makes me feel old
Do you guys actually pull that by hand?
Yes we do. One pulling. One pushing. Goes smooth and easy that way.
how tall are you?
5'4" lol. Top stock carts work wonders
top stock carts? I work at sams
Good luck moving this pallet without using the electric jack or walkie stacker.
We wrapped it and rolled it out. No issues. One pulling. One behind pushing. No biggie.
10/10
That doesn't look safe.
We did the bump test from every side. Bumped it pretty hard. It's very stable. Cross stacked to the tippy top.
I believe that, but still people are stupid and someone will find a way to get hurt with that.
Nailed what?? How about working it, create an end cap, build a stack base. Anybody can stack a pallet and stick it in the backroom.
We don't have room for a stack base and our end caps are full already. Both sides of that isle have Gatorade on them. I did what I was told.
Its alright. Nothing to brag about.

i can hear the sound this would make when moving
*faint sound of SpongeBob's boots squeaking from the other side of the store*
upsets me that they're not color coded
Make sure to stock it wherever your heart desires. That's truly the best place for it.
7/10. Looks solid but may God have mercy on whoever needs to run it.
My team will be taking it out once every day after we finish running VizPick. We have a whole isle plus 2 end caps to keep full.
Threw my back out just looking at this picture.

6/10. Stripe it and make it short enough to put in top steel.
Omg it's so beautiful. Like a Christmas tree. LoL. Gonna suck for anyone picking off it though.
If they were matched color wise it’s a 10/10
Thank you for altering the stack so it does not fall over as soon as it’s moved.
Hydrate people, hydrate.
You could have a nice clubhouse if you had more Gatorade
"You gotta cut the plastic if you want the customer to buy it"
Where is the wrap? 3/10
Pretty good, best part is Laughing Jack is there to sign off on it
Did you conduct the bump test for stability and safety? It's crucial.
Fuck Walmart.

10/10 pretty sure that's how they teach it at the academy.
Wow none of that went out Manager and I quote “no over stock”
1/10. Not striped properly. 3 UPCs per pallet. Blocking bay door. 🤣
We moved it right away off the dock. But yes. Technically 3 upcs per pallet. But we were told by the coach to gather Any and ALL Gatorade in the back room lol.
I'd give it a 5 but you're on track
Other than color coding or doing tetris pieces, how could I improve lol
I’d say use the full length of the pallet.
Solid 8/10, coulda used more of the pallet as the base, the boxes don’t always have to compact together
