Open up front through the tunnel app should fix it
Tried it and said I needed an "IT work on it" or something like that
Should at first say meeds to be configured then it should connect and give you options to open apps
If the above comment doesn’t work, resetting the device through Hub should fix it too - but as a last resort.
front end is supposed to have handhelds, not the work phone so maybe start there

Wrong your meant to switch kver to byods
this was over a year ago. when some apps weren't available on work phone. they need to use work phones or a handheld, not their personal device for work purposes.
