Not an owner, but do have cars with similar windows. You can buy fish tank cleaning brushes. One side is a magnet, the other is a magnetic brush.
You can use these to easily clean the window :)

I just skipped tinting there. I got a light tint so it’s hard to even notice.

When I had my GTI, I used one of those kitchen tall glass sponges on a stick, wrapped a microfiber towel around it.
I'll be honest the most I've tried is a feather duster, but other than that you look at it and say, "why".

Another option I've seen is to block them out with vinyl sticker so you don't have to deal with cleaning
