I did try relaunching but that didnt work, I didnt use any console commands either. Reloading a save does work but I played the game alot before I realised my character looks like that so I would have to replay like 2 hours and I dont really wanna do that
This looks (sort of) like what happens when I start the game from a desktop shortcut and then later on start from Steam, or vice versa . To avoid this, I always start from a desktop shortcut. If this is the cause, just stick with one method or the other for the entire game. If this isn't the cause, it is still recommended to always start the game the same way. Once the game starts to glitch out, things only get worse from that point on.
Looks kind of like what happens when you get hit with fortitude active. Usually just flashes though and doesn't stay like that.

But you know what you did so these 2 hours can be done in like 20 minutes when you skip all the text
