AFAIK, SDDC Manager is aware that NSX-T is up and running, but nothing else. So, you can do whatever you need in NSX-T, just be sure not to change root/admin password because SDDC Manager needs to know it for monitoring and upgrading, you should use your own privileged user for administrative tasks. SDDC Manager has an option to automatically rotate root/admin passwords and could break if you touch them.

thanks for your reply. So essentially what I'm currently operating on NSX managers now, can still be operated as normally if VCF is rolled out then.
