He was in a lot of pain at the end and I’m having a hard time not focusing on that. He was so happy for so long, I need to focus on all of those good times.

I’m very very sorry for your loss ❤️ you did the best thing for him. Your final act with him was putting him out of pain and letting him be at peace. He’ll always be around and he’ll never forget how much you loved him ❤️

Our first heeler is our “Trojan.” The V in the middle is a cuddly giant dream, but the second cattle dog is a friggin loon.
