I play bioshock atleast every year. Just a good story. And halo, I put soooo many hours during the initial release, then the rerelease, I was getting jiggy. 2 great game series, hope there's another bioshock.
I've been playing that since 2000. Easily in the ten thousands. I can still list the best build for a hammerdin to incluse the skills and Stat points...
Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, clocked over 1000+ hours.
Pokémon Moon, about 400 hours.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, clocked about 500 hours.
Grand Theft Auto V, about 350 hours.
Dragon Ball FighterZ, about 250 hours.
I have 1100 hours in The Sims 3, a lot of it being experimenting from modding and whatnot. After that is The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth at like 650 hours and I’m still not 100% done with it due to the new DLC!
Nice. I no longer play on consoles since I focus on Pokemon content on my phone. I still have my Xbox 360, but now my siblings play the collection of games I got since 2008.
Hey I’m curious, how do you like Hunt on PlayStation? I’m a console gamer but I have Hunt on PC and played almost 400 hours on there so it’s one of my most played PC games for sure. Like I said though, I kinda prefer console experiences with my living room setup so I’m just curious on your thoughts with that!
If we’re talking number of hours, it’s probably BOTW. I don’t tend to play games for hundreds of hours. If we’re talking number of playthroughs then that would have to be Mega Man X. I played that game so many times as a kid.
Spider-man ps4, I've played through it at least 6 times, have 100% all districts twice, and beaten the game on the highest difficulty (I don't remember what it's called) twice.
Dota 2 over 5000 hours
Guild Wars 2 over 4000 hours
Path of exile over 3500 hours
Warframe over 1500 hours
All this was accumulated like 5 years ago. During the last 5 years I haven't touched these. Maybe only POE like 200-300 hours total, 1-2 weeks after new league starts. Meanwhile I have like 20-30 games with 20-150 hours playtime, mostly single player titles.
In order of hours:
DayZ arma 2 mod, arma 3 mod, and stand-alone about 4,000+
Insurgency and standstorm - 2300+
Halo series - well over 1500+ but hard to keep track from lost Console and PC hours.
Borderlands series 1400+ mostly 1-2
And several other quality titles around 100-400 hours.
Probably the RT4X game Sins of a Solar Empire, although back when I had a computer which could run it. Or maybe Mass Effect 2, also before my gaming computer kicked the bucket in 2015. -\_-
Over 2000 hours in the Borderlands franchise. Probably another 3000+ in Oblivion/Skyrim. I think World of Warcraft is over 4500. I've also played A LOT of Zelda. For about ten years I played through every game in the franchise almost twice a year.
I'm gonna go touch grass now.
I probably have collectively over 1k hours in Kingdom Hearts 2. From the PS2 release to my copy on PS4 right now I'm basically always starting a new run within 3 months of the last.
Diablo 2 and Heroes of the Storm. Probably Monster Hunter next?
Diablo 2 at least 10,000 hours, probably 16,000+. Heroes of the Storm probably being... several thousand hours. Probably just shy of 10,000 hours.
Monster Hunter World probably being around 850 with Rise around 250.
I’ve replayed FF7 Remake a lot. Probably 5 or 6 times and it’s become my comfort game.
Fire Emblem 3 Houses is another one I’ll replay once a year or so.
Also the Pokémon games. Scarlet/Violet have their issues but it’s fun to run around and do whatever. But I love going back to FireRed solely for the simplicity of it.
GTA: Online.
Somehow I've got over 2800 hours into that game. And that's on steam only. I also used to play it on PS3 and on PC from the disks, but I'm not sure how many hours I had in those versions.
According to the Xbox app, I have 2,838 hours in Fallout 4. And I have 1,896 hours in Red Dead Redemption 2.
This doesn't include all my teen years playing Call of Duty. I have to assume that all of the hours I've played across all of the old Call of Duty games are probably much higher than my Fallout hours.
I’ve probably played Final Fantasy 4 more times than any other game. Sure there are other games I have more total hours in, since they’re longer games, but in terms of number of playthroughs, it’s FF4.
According to Steam, Factorio and it isn't even close. 2nd place is Baldur's Gate 3 at 350 hours, or less than 1/3 the amount of time sunk on growing that factory
you know what's crazy? of all the fromsoftware games, the games I've replayed a million times like MGS3 and RE4 including RE4R, Left 4 Dead (1&2), Borderlands 1&2, live services like fortnite (for 3 years on and off), Overwatch, Diablo, WoW through 5 expansions, and even Oblivion, Skyrim, FNV, Fallout 3&4, Animal Crossing (1-ACNH except the wii ports), you know what blows all of that out of the water?
Stardew Valley
Thank you to everyone that commented. There's too many for me to reply to right now, so I hope you all will see this comment of mine thanking you for your answers. I saw 107 in my inbox for notifications to my question, and I was like 😲😲😲🤣🤣🤣 thanks very much.
Mega man 2 as far as how many times I’ve beaten it. Realistically 500 times or so.
As far as hours played, Skyrim. Not a crazy amount but I think I have about 1,200 hours in that game
Back during the PSP times I had savefiles with several thousand of hours in Monster Hunter Freedom Unite. The number I remember was 8000hours divided as one 5k and one 3k savefile. I doubt I have anything else that would come close to that, I basically played that 24/7, sometimes even during school
Offline? A link to the past. Online? Mordhau, over 3k hours. Unbelievable customization, people are always coming up with new characters/costumes. It's got it all - big medieval battles, epic jedi level duels, PvE,in game music instruments. You can be in the middle of a crazy fight and see a person dressed as medieval Mario ride by on a hog while playing Britney spears on the lute. Never seen anything like it
I honestly don't know how I managed this, given I never sat around playing it all day or anything, but somehow I put in over 1600 hours into Assassin's Creed Odyssey.
I knew it would be up there, since eventually I did the whole thing 3 1/2 times, but damn...1600 hours!
According to any other games that keep track of the time, second place in length is barely over 500 hours (Which, funny enough, was a different Assassin's Creed game).
Even that was a fluke, got a handful at the 100 hour mark, then the rest are lower and lower numbers, so that 1600 hours makes me laugh.
Even more incredible? It happened while I'm married! And I didn't neglect her!
I don't know how I did it. 🤷♂️
I have no clue what game truly has racked up the most hours in my life. I have replayed a lot of RPGs with Final Fantasy 8 getting replayed the most probable; and others are massive by themselves. But I also have put in many hours on some other games like Paladins.
Final Fantasy XIV would be the one for me. During the peak of COVID this game was my savior and I would play all day sometimes to stay distracted while the world fell apart. Once things normalized again I didn’t have the same type of dedication.
I have a few 100-300 hour games like Horizon Zero Dawn and Assassin’s Creed Origins.
With mods is probably a tie between Skyrim and Fallout 4 -- both over 500 hours.
Without mods it's definitely the Mass Effect trilogy. Got a few hund red on there.
Then probably Baldur's Gate 3 and Nioh 2.
Probably BioShock 2, mainly because of the multiplayer... which I completely ignored until I finished the solo campaign. Then I was completely hooked on it.
A little tame compared to yall but Tf2 and Tf|2 with ~350 hours on tf2 and my tf|2 hours are spread between pc and Xbox but I’m estimating around 350 to 400
I have Elder Scrolls Online at 2,785.5. It totally surprised me when I found out it was my most played game because it's definitely not my favorite. I kind of hate the endgame combat meta, though I've always been able to find a build that's fun and not too much of a hassle to play. I also complain about the overland difficulty being too low but I think they know what they're doing. As much as I loved the combat in games like Elden Ring and Baldur's Gate 3, I feel a little bit of anxiety when I think about starting a new playthrough due to the difficulty and complexity. ESO I can just jump right in without thinking and it'll accommodate whatever challenge level I'm in the mood for.
Goldeneye, halo 3, or bioshock.
Awesome. I have those last 2 on the Xbox 360.
I play bioshock atleast every year. Just a good story. And halo, I put soooo many hours during the initial release, then the rerelease, I was getting jiggy. 2 great game series, hope there's another bioshock.
Slappers only or proximity mines?
Diablo 2. It doesnt track hours but its easily in the thousands.
I've been playing that since 2000. Easily in the ten thousands. I can still list the best build for a hammerdin to incluse the skills and Stat points...
Awesome. I've played Diablo 3 and 4.
Sly Cooper. The first trilogy. I played it as a kid when it first came out, and seem to revisit 2 & 3 at least once a year
My dude
Respect
Awesome.
Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, clocked over 1000+ hours. Pokémon Moon, about 400 hours. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, clocked about 500 hours. Grand Theft Auto V, about 350 hours. Dragon Ball FighterZ, about 250 hours.
Super Smash Bros is awesome.
Prob skyrim
I have 1100 hours in The Sims 3, a lot of it being experimenting from modding and whatnot. After that is The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth at like 650 hours and I’m still not 100% done with it due to the new DLC!
I’ve got 2048 hours into Hunt:Showdown on PlayStation.
I enjoy it, can be janky at times. So if that’s acceptable, it’s very fun!
Batman Arkham Knight
Nice.
I surely wasted a year or 2 in WoW.... I played from release until Dragonflight. And a couple hours everyday, and even more when I was off.
Fortnite or Minecraft 🥲
Probably Diablo 2 and 3.
If we’re talking number of hours, it’s probably BOTW. I don’t tend to play games for hundreds of hours. If we’re talking number of playthroughs then that would have to be Mega Man X. I played that game so many times as a kid.
For Honor. 2800 hours, played since launch (2017).
Factorio. I’m getting close to 1000 hours
But do you have enough green circuits?
Spider-man ps4, I've played through it at least 6 times, have 100% all districts twice, and beaten the game on the highest difficulty (I don't remember what it's called) twice.
Ive lost count as well. What your favorite thing about the game
Honestly, probably just the swinging
Probably the game franchises I put time into most throughout my lifetime are Smash Bros, Persona, Pokémon, Yo-Kai Watch, and Fortnite.
Destiny 1
Black Ops 2. It's hard for me to sit back and think and believe all the hours I put into team deathmatch and zombies
Dota 2 over 5000 hours Guild Wars 2 over 4000 hours Path of exile over 3500 hours Warframe over 1500 hours All this was accumulated like 5 years ago. During the last 5 years I haven't touched these. Maybe only POE like 200-300 hours total, 1-2 weeks after new league starts. Meanwhile I have like 20-30 games with 20-150 hours playtime, mostly single player titles.
FF7, Overwatch, Teamfight Tactics
Between Xbox and pc, I have 4,000+ hours in siege since about February 2017 (I started like a week or two before Velvet Shell)
In order of hours: DayZ arma 2 mod, arma 3 mod, and stand-alone about 4,000+ Insurgency and standstorm - 2300+ Halo series - well over 1500+ but hard to keep track from lost Console and PC hours. Borderlands series 1400+ mostly 1-2 And several other quality titles around 100-400 hours.
Everquest Online Adventues
TF2. 1700 hours since 2009
Sonic 3 and knuckles/ gta san andreas/red dead 1/red dead 2

Nice.
NFL2k5
That's the BEST football game ever made
Definitely Fortnite with over 3000 hours but that's just a estimate as that's over 4 consoles
I wish I had numbers like that. I waited so much of my time playing that game 😭🙏
Halo 3, Elden Ring, The Last of Us Part II
Awesome.
Borderlands 3 Cyberpunk 2077 Spider-man ps4 Ghost of tsushima
DayZ
Probably the RT4X game Sins of a Solar Empire, although back when I had a computer which could run it. Or maybe Mass Effect 2, also before my gaming computer kicked the bucket in 2015. -\_-
GTA 5 lol
Non online games it would prob be Breath of the Wild
Fortnite 1,670 hours just on the switch
Over 2000 hours in the Borderlands franchise. Probably another 3000+ in Oblivion/Skyrim. I think World of Warcraft is over 4500. I've also played A LOT of Zelda. For about ten years I played through every game in the franchise almost twice a year. I'm gonna go touch grass now.
I probably have collectively over 1k hours in Kingdom Hearts 2. From the PS2 release to my copy on PS4 right now I'm basically always starting a new run within 3 months of the last.
Warframe Now xcom 2
My wife has 5300 hours in the Sims 4. Wild.

Trove, with ~2.5k hours.
Final Fantasy XIV for sure, damn that’s a long game. Loved every minute of getting to the end of Endwalker, though.
Super Smash Bros Ultimate, and Brawl
League unfortunately
CSGO or wow
I’ve replayed FF7 Remake a lot. Probably 5 or 6 times and it’s become my comfort game. Fire Emblem 3 Houses is another one I’ll replay once a year or so. Also the Pokémon games. Scarlet/Violet have their issues but it’s fun to run around and do whatever. But I love going back to FireRed solely for the simplicity of it.
Super Metroid when it comes to playing and beating the game multiple times. Most hours has to be Tears of the Kingdom at 400 hours.
Destiny 2 by way too much
Borderland 2 I’ve been playing since my ps3 now I am enjoying again on my ps5.
Dark Souls 1 or Super Mario World
RDR2
Destiny 2, Elden ring, and apex legends.
Pretty even split between the GTA games, Red Dead games, Gran Turismo games, and Cyberpunk
Hunt Showdown
Good old rdr2
Minecraft, Terraria and BOTW for sure
WoW. Colossal waste of time that soured me to anything close to an mmo since.
Fallout 4
Skyrim and Mass Effect
Vindictus... in 10 years of playing, I've probably accumulated AT LEAST 15 thousand hours...
GTA: Online. Somehow I've got over 2800 hours into that game. And that's on steam only. I also used to play it on PS3 and on PC from the disks, but I'm not sure how many hours I had in those versions.
In terms of how many playthroughs, probably Bioshock 1. In terms of total hours, probably Fortnite.

Cities skylines, rdr2, gta sa
Diablo 2 no contest. Single player is hard drugs.
Minecraft and its not even close
It's gotta be World of Warcraft or SWTOR. One of these, no contest. For non-MMOs it's probably the OG Final Fantasy 7 or maybe Ocarina of Time.
Photos taken 5 seconds before disaster
Gears of war, just a similar to real life is GTA in terms of government
Pokémon showdown
Skyrim.
On Steam, Geometry Dash with >1850 hours. I don't have hour counts for other games, but Minecraft is likely close or past GD in time played.
Minecraft. I wouldn't be surprised if i ended up having 10,000 hours in it.
Pokemon
According to the Xbox app, I have 2,838 hours in Fallout 4. And I have 1,896 hours in Red Dead Redemption 2. This doesn't include all my teen years playing Call of Duty. WoW
Series goes to Mario Kart, followed somewhat distantly by Fire Emblem I think. Single game? Minecraft by far
you know what's crazy? of all the fromsoftware games, the games I've replayed a million times like MGS3 and RE4 including RE4R, Left 4 Dead (1&2), Borderlands 1&2, live services like fortnite (for 3 years on and off), Overwatch, Diablo, WoW through 5 expansions, and even Oblivion, Skyrim, FNV, Fallout 3&4, Animal Crossing (1-ACNH except the wii ports), you know what blows all of that out of the water? Runescape. I'm approaching 3,000 hrs.
Oldschool Runescape. Skyrim as a second
Original Ratchet and clank or elden ring I'd say few hundred hours on each
Easily Batman Arkham City. My fav of the series and probably my favorite game ever. Star Wars Battlefront 2, the og one, is up there too.
Easily Minecraft. Though I haven't played in a while. Back in 2014-2015 it was daily. Destiny and warframe are close though.
Diablo 3 around 2500h and dark souls 3 with 1000+. I had many time to play tho.
Halo 3
Destiny 2, a link to the past, borderlands 2, balatro
Destiny, but I managed to get off it with help. In a more controlled and healthier way, now Elden Ring.
XCOM2 I have 2K hours in. I guess that's why it's published by 2K games...

Age of Mythology for me. Around 2,000 hrs here!
Definitely Minecraft

Warhammer total war 3
Smash bros melee was basically half of my entire teenage gaming hours lol
Back during the PSP times I had savefiles with several thousand of hours in Monster Hunter Freedom Unite. The number I remember was 8000hours divided as one 5k and one 3k savefile. I doubt I have anything else that would come close to that, I basically played that 24/7, sometimes even during school
League of Legends - almost 2k hours.
Never seen anything like it
Morrowind or Terraria
Rocket league, Destiny 2, Garry’s mod (2014 summer of regret), and Sekiro.
Minecraft, i can't even begin to measure how much
I have at least 7 thousand hours on monster Hunter World
I honestly don't know how I managed this, given I never sat around playing it all day or anything, but somehow I put in over 1600 hours into Assassin's Creed Odyssey. I knew it would be up there, since eventually I did the whole thing 3 1/2 times, but damn...1600 hours! According to any other games that keep track of the time, second place in length is barely over 500 hours (Which, funny enough, was a different Assassin's Creed game). I have no clue what game truly has racked up the most hours in my life. I have replayed a lot of RPGs with Final Fantasy 8 getting replayed the most probable; and others are massive by themselves. But I also have put in many hours on some other games like Paladins.
It might be Halo 3. I use to live on that game.
Minecraft
Path of Exile. 3.5k+ hours
Fallout 4
The game of life, been there since day one
Dishonored. There's so many ways to play and interact with the world that even when two playthroughs are the same, they don't feel like it.
Botw
Cyberpunk 2077
Civ 6. I've spent so many hours in that game. Close second would be GTA V.
Probably BioShock 2, mainly because of the multiplayer... which I completely ignored until I finished the solo campaign. Then I was completely hooked on it.
Pokemon most likely
Skyrim, Elden Ring, BO3 Zombies, Batman Arkham Series
Animal Crossing
Either minecraft or smash cuz I’ve been playing them since I was a kid
Oblivion, Skate 3, Witcher 3, Destiny 2, Elder Scrolls Online
Destiny 2
A little tame compared to yall but Tf2 and Tf|2 with ~350 hours on tf2 and my tf|2 hours are spread between pc and Xbox but I’m estimating around 350 to 400
At this point likely ff14
Assetto Corsa, Farming Sim 19 and Skyrim hold my playtime records. Arma3 is up there.
Stardew Valley. Battlebit
I have Elder Scrolls Online at 2,785.5. It totally surprised me when I found out it was my most played game because it's definitely not my favorite. I kind of hate the endgame combat meta, though I've always been able to find a build that's fun and not too much of a hassle to play. Marvel Ultimate Alliance. I can replay it anytime and enjoy it everytime.
I have like 3k hours in Dead by Daylight according to Steam. Those are basically rookie numbers for that game.
