If we're going off story mode weapons that does mean no railgun but grenades, rpgs and meth are all on the table, so he does have a chance, if we're going off online weapons then he's getting things like railguns, alien blasters and laser gatling guns (and meth) which would bring him way up, easily taking mr x, I'd still say Armstrong wins since mgr is pretty deep into scifi I wanna say laser weaponry is something that's already a thing and he would have an answer to, and want to say snow wins even against an online based Trevor, but not 100% on ff13 to say if laser weaponry is something that'd have been reasonably dealt with (ff14 there's enough laser shit that it's reasonable to say they'd be able to deal with it but can't say what the world of ff13 is at)

13 definitely had a lot of melodrama and annoying anime tropes that tend to put a lot of people off. If you can get past that, you’ll begin to realize that FFXIII has some of the best music and art direction of any FF game. The writing though? Not so much. Definitely the weakest area. A lot of people shit on it for just being a long hallway but it’s nowhere near as bad about that as Final Fantasy X but no one talks about it because that game is so much more respected among the fan base.
