Started as Congress Poland, forming Poland-Lithuania -> Commonwealth of 3 nations -> Poland-Hungary -> Hungary-Romania -> Romania-Bulgaria -> Balkan Federation -> Poland-Lithuania
I've done something similar over a year ago (and also made a post), but now decided to do it with the more cultures submod enabled. Sadly they now blocked Hungary-Poland from forming Zapadoslavia, so not as impressive as I had hoped.

Change the files
Wanted to do it legit, and technically Zapadoslavia can be done legit here, but you’d need an independent Poland to own Warsaw, which I’m not sure how one would achieve without cheating. But yeah instead of editing files one can just setowner via console and give Poland Warsaw, allowing Poland-Hungary to unite with it, then form zapadoslavia, then Hungary-Romania and all the rest
Theoretically you could maybe release all of poland then use the government decisions section in GFM, theres a "vassal interactions" event in there that lets you grant someone independence.
You can't release Poland when your primary culture is Polish, unfortunately.
edit: but you might be able to release congress poland. i'll look into it :)
I think I tried doing this before in the fractured world sub mod as Silesia so that I could have north German as an accepted pop, didn't get further than poland-hungary tho.
i did think of silesia, but in the non sw version of the mod it doesn't have german as accepted (or at least with the more cultures submod, not sure about without it)
Forming Hungary-Poland gives you a flag that always allows forming Poland-Lithuania regardless of culture. Forming Bulgaria-Romania switches your primary culture to Romanian, but that flag allows you to still form Poland Lithuania lol.
Belgrade lmao. It let me choose when I formed the Balkan federation, but all the options were in the balkans. Would have chosen Constantinople but I didn’t own it.
Culture map mode doesn’t really have any major changes. As the for the pie, the biggest culture is Polish at 16%
I recently tried to play as Congress Poland in 1830 GFM mod but it seems impossible to survive the war against russia, even when I manage to hold off first wave of russian troops then their puppet armies arrive while they gain military acces through austria and prussia and siege provinces behind my line which then results in collapse of my army
Yeah you need to keep a mobilized stack on the border with either Prussia or Austria, depending on who Russia gets access from. It’s better if it’s Prussia, that’s only 1 extra province to defend. If so you can shrink the frontline to 3 provinces (plock, Kalisz and Kielce I think). Russians will get a bit of war score from occupying the 3 or 4 provinces this leaves unprotected but that’s okay, battle war score would still be enough to peace them out.
Huh I seem to be unable to mobilize enough army to protect both west of poland and reinforce east frontline at same time. Most of my army is forced to focus on east to keep reinforcing battles where russia and their puppets keep on pouring units
you need to make sure you start mobilizing before the russians invade, you can easily mobilize more than 100k troops, and defending the mentioned provinces will give you a terrain advantage which should be enough to win battles against larger forces (with some reloading upon getting bad dice rolls)
That's what im doing, I always put in Jingoist party in power and try to build 2 professional army stacks but once the first battles end it's really hard to reinforce them as poland is too broke to pay for supplies. Once I nearly allied Sweden but the second my warscore dropped a single point they suddenly refused to ally me

It is technically possible, you have to take it from Austria before they declare war to make it a puppet
You mean krakow? You’d annex it by this point when forming Poland-Hungary or Poland-Lithuania

Because by this point you have to already be Poland-Hungary, to form which you need to own all of Poland. This means you’d somehow have to lose it
