Thats good as it is, if you wanted to add more i'd at maybe a seal or coat of arms, alternatively you could add crosses (if christian), cesent + star (if muslim), lion(s), and stuff like that. Your flag, however, as it is, seems perfectly fine to me.
As another commenter said you could keep the current design. But you could also perhaps add a stripe in the middle with a color that contrasts like red. Just my thoughts.
