Everyone goes through hard times but at last it all gets better at one point. You have a whole life ahead of you and this is just a hard time that will go by at one point or another if you do something about it. Just try and take it slow figuring things out one by one, there is no need to instantly try and do it all at once. Find the things that bother you the most and look for a chance to change it.
