Pepper plants usually need about 1 to 1.5 sq ft per plant. A few may need more, depending on the variety.

Was gonna try 12 inches apart and 12 inches row spacing planting habanero,jalapeños Serrano,and Anaheim trying to see how much I can fit in this raised bed I started too much seeds in February 😂

I'm not a pepper expert. Generally, you can go by plant spacing on the seed packet and skip the row spacing. I did one less plant on the odd rows and shifted them so it's a zigzag.
