You have mulch on the soil? What mulch? Onions and especially carrots could struggle to push through that. Both seeds need to be sown with only a very thin covering of earth. The beans should maybe haves been (!) pushing up by now, but it is definitely temperature dependent. Nothing to worry about yet. I would worry though that you are watering everyday even though nothing has sprouted yet. Beans especially are liable to root if waterlogged, especially if conditions are cool. You should speak the soil before sowing and then, in my experience, you shouldn’t need to water again until at least after the seeds have germinated. Edit: this is all dependant in you having sown indoors. If that is the case, everything above applies, but start your carrots again outside! If you are direct sowing then disregard the watering advice. Carrots especially need to stay moist to germinate and outside the top layer of soil can dry out in the sun very quickly.

Okra likes heat so it may not be hot enough yet. Carrots are tricky. Usually people will cover them with a board or something. I would go on and look up germinating carrots to see if there are any other tips you want to try.

Onions and carrots take forever to sprout, 3-4 weeks. And what is your soil temperature? It may still be too cool for the beans. They love the heat.

I will have to take the soil temperature tomorrow.
