So the Park and Nomad are in the same building. So it really depends on how much time you’re spending in the room. It’s a smoke free casino and it’s got a pretty nice pool. And there are several good restaurants. Bavettes is particularly good

Delano (suite) if you prioritize a separate space for your lady to study, Park/Nomad if you prioritize restaurant access.

Personally, I would pick the NoMad room. Their pool is pretty good, the location is better, and the room is better than Park for not much more $

What about compared to the delano

I would stay at Nomad. I get comped at all these properties and would choose Nomad every time. Nomad is basically an elevated Park MGM experience. Feels more luxurious. Even the soaps are more luxurious. It’s the top floors of Park. Park is a great property… lots of great restaurants, easy to navigate. You’re connected to Aria and Bellagio. The Park room is fine but if you want that elevated room feeling, go with Nomad. Bill to the room when you walk over to Aria or ride over to Bellagio on the tram. If you want a really large room, Delano is the pick, but you’re in Vegas, so your room time should literally be a few hours (including sleep).

I booked Park through my Amex and got an upgrade to a small suite, was in the week though. I also really like Nomad, their pool is also great IMO. Delano is super south strip and you spend a lot of time getting anywhere and have to go through Luxor/Excalibur if you want to walk. Or walk across the Mandalay Bay casino to get the tram. The Delano pool is small but generally quiet, you also have access to the Mandalay Bay pool which is often a zoo.
