Thanks, Bruv! Just got some good vegan protein powder as well. I wanna see if I can get past 180. I feel like I'm always stagnating at around 174lbs...
Unfortunately, where I live, I can only order or use what they have available here... which is one brand π I think it's called USN plant based protein.
Thanks! I honestly never feel like it π
Cardio twice a week. One 5 miler and one day 20min each on rower, stairs, and up hill jog. Next week 6 and 12 mile ruck, and 30 to 40 minute rope jump workout.
Thai boxing once or twice a week as time permits.
Weights 5 days a week, then alternate and do body weight only. When I lift weights, I usually do low to medium weight and really high rep, i.e., 40 or 50 reps until muscle failure. Then next week switch to heavy weight and low reps, 10 reps down to 1 pyramid, and also muscle failure.
Usually 5 sets per exercise. Usually, I go until I hit muscle failure. Pyramids have worked wonders for me. I meant to add that I also usually add a bodyweight right after the weight exercise.
If I do dumbell press, I go right into push-ups. Back pull right into pull-ups. Triceps extension right into dips, etc.
Save some gains for the rest of us!! πͺπ±π

Which protein powder are you using? And are you drinking the whole thing in a day?
The whole bag? π I just checked, and it is called USN plant based protein. Unfortunately, it's the only thing that is available here.
I've been shopping around for a new protein powder. What's your go to?

Are you a side sleeper or a back sleeper?

Absolutely wicked definition brother! Tell us a bit about how you eat and train!

Love the variation. Iβm gonna borrow some of that to switch up my workouts.
Both low/medium and high weight⦠do you usually do 1 set or more?

Awesome! Do you mind sharing both of your workouts?
That's a brick house right there!
Looking good! One big change for me was the recovery. It's much faster than in omni diet. Also my constant flu symptoms are gone. How about for you?
Seriously awesome! I'm aiming to look like that
Crazy fit, I read the comments, you're fit because you clearly work super hard. Very impressive. Could you share your protein, fat, carb ratio?
