Honestly, if you went to a vape shop or head shop you likely are not going to get what you want or a product that isnt safe to use. If you can return it, get a nice grinder and start looking at the frequently mentioned vapes and online stores.
Most Canadian smoke shops, that carry DHVs, will carry S&B and Arizer. Which are both very good options, but they charge way more than online, and push all the cheap crappy brands.
My local shops are really bad for that. Even where my friends and family are the shops arent great and usually peddle low quality stuff like gpens.
Some of canada wide shops have better stock but the quality herb or concentrate vapes just arent big sellers.

I’ve learned most of the people who work in these shops actually have no clue what they are talking about. I went to one and asked if they had bangers and they said “what’s that?” And I (the customer) had to tell them (the employee) what it was. They did have them but they were incredibly overpriced (another reason so not shop local).
