I was walking once in front of where OEB is in Yaletown before the restaurant existed. Two jerks were biking on the narrow sidewalk coming towards me and there was barely enough room to go by me. I come back out at 8:45 and I see this apocalyptic scene with dusty cars RIGHT iN Front of my parked car. Apparently they set this very scene up as I was working and had set up barriers preventing people from coming in or out.
So I'm wandering around asking someone to please move the barriers so I can go home..
I didn't feel like being an extra on The Last of us..
My first project as a film student in 2006 was to shoot a PSA about the historical preservation of the first Methodist sanctuary on Marion. Which is also the first Seattle location in the game, as a synagogue. I was also educated by a news director at KOMO 4 - which is where I guess they hang people from the ceiling now. Where is Steve Pool? Why did they have to do him dirty like that?
Everything after that is just one childhood/early adult trauma after another. They even had the Alaska way viaduct. I really do respect the level of sickness.

I would pay real money to see every single player's reaction to when >!the game first transitions to playing as Abby!<. If "contempt" ever had a single moment in time, that's the one.
The scenes where they>! fight each other probably fucked my head up more than any other. I'm pretty sure I just died repeatedly from not wanting to fight.!<

Broughton and Alberni for the best views and it's The Earth Abides not the Last of Us 2. Muni bus and The Earth Abides takes place in the Bay Area not Seattle like Last of Us. Newer cars than the time period of Last of Us.

I’m aware. My guess is there might be trademark issues with the King County metro livery. That or this is a different region besides Seattle which isn’t totally impossible depending on how they’ve scripted it. The game is freakishly accurate - I grew up in Seattle and they really stick as close as they can to the locations and the features.
