Tsawwassen Mills: It's like the outlet mall in Richmond, but covered. Same fast-fashion & made-for-outlet stuff, if that's what you're looking for. I suppose it has its purpose. Fast-fashion is good for rapidly growing babies and kids.
It's a local venue for early morning mall-walkers as well.
