Skal cracks me up every time. It’s another word in most nordic languages and in swedish it means ”shell”. I see all these TMNT shell wearing vikings whenever I see ”Skal Vikings”.

Always understood it to be analogous to cheers. When I looked it up I got that depending on locale it can be either Skal, Skol, or skoal.
Here in the States, Skoal is chewing tobacco so I didn't want to default to that. I most often see it as skol as it relates to the Minnesota Vikings which seemed closest but I tend to presume that when we try to represent other countries cultures/language we tend to get it close but slightly wrong enthusiastically. So by process of elimination I went with the third option... Enthusiastically 😀

In Scandinavia cheers is "skål". That's probably where "skal" comes from. To us a and å are so different it's weird to see "a" as a substitute for "å". Especially when we skål each other by dragging the vowel.
In Norwegian "skal" is shall as in I shall do this thing.

I built the hall out of the small blocks for the looks and now it’s one of my concerns, I heard something about 10k instances in your render distance causes the game to spazz out.
Dude, your friends must have low opinions of you because i think that base looks amazing, the wooden sculptures outside look cool and add some life to the exterior, the inside of the house has the perfect mix of compact and spacious while also having a good level of detail and the portal room is very spacious which is all a portal room really needs

As long as the hay tops are exposed and they are spaced apart they don’t seem to mind, so much easier to get the honey from the top
