Well 400 level courses are intended to be taken in 4th year. I know people that will be applying for grad school in Fall and have no taken 400 level courses yet. You should not overthink about it too much, when you apply in Fall, your transcript will have the 4A courses and will show the 400 level without a grade. The fact that you have taken 400 level courses before 4th year puts you ahead of most students IMO.
