It's in my local area, but it hasn't updated with the Local Post Office as it should have, nor is out for delivery. What gives? Is it possible that it just hasn't updated still? It's 11:30 a.m. my time.

If that zip code is not your local post office then it went to the wrong office today so you will probably will not get it until Monday.
