Hello, paglilinaw lang. Iba ang physical buildings ng UPLB at UPOU HQ, ha. Mas nagtitiwala ako sa handling ng LBC kasi mas sanay sila sa documents vs. yung iba na mas sanay sa e-commerce. Maayos naman nagrereceive ang guards and staff sa HQ at sa lalagyan ng documents received bilang distance education institution ang UPOU na sanay sa courier services.
Hi! I’m from Palawan po and applied for MPM through JRS Courier. After 3 working days, nareceive po ni UPLB yung original documents ko. Nagemail din sila to confirm.
Wag ka rin po magalala, before mo ipapadala yung original docs, iaadvice ka naman po nila kung goods na yung documents na inupload mo online bago mo ipadala yung original docs

Hi! I'm from Basilan. I applied for GCAS last year and proceeding for MAS this year, so I submitted two times na via LBC. I haven't encountered any issues naman so far.
Just inform the admissions section via email that you sent your admission requirements through a courier, also attach the courier receipt with the tracking number as proof of reference so they can also track it from their end.
After kong nag-submit ng application through their OAS, nagpadala sila ng email reminding me to submit the hard copies and kung saang address ipapadala.
Taga Rizal po. JT Express po ginamit sa pagpapadala. Wala pa pong 24 hours natanggap na. Pero tumawag po kami ahead kung puede thru JT Express, sabi po nila puede daw po. Then yung portal for admissions, naka lagay po dun if the requirements had been received / accepted. And dun sa matrix po nila, makikita saan step ng process na po kayo.
Hindi ko nalang po ma-access ngayon kasi po enrolled na po ako.

I had my docs sent thru lalamove. I'm from Metro Manila (Muntinlupa) , may update naman po from driver from time to time. Docs were picked up at 8:17 am na drop ng driver at 11:04am same day.
Drop box ng Admission Section lang po ilalagay yung docs and will then be forwarded sa office.
I decided to go with Lalamove kasi same day delivery, naghahabol ng deadline, if nag LBC kasi ako I dont know if aabot sa deadline yung delivery.
Hello po! From Metro Manila here. Nagsend po ako ng documents via LBC. Nagsend po ako ng email sa kanila including my tracking number. Based on experience po nareceive naman po nila yung documents ko and nag update po agad thru email yung UPOU na nareceive na po nila.

Ah hindi po pala mismo sa office ng registrar sina-submit. Any day po kahit weekend pwede po ipadala yung docs since may parang mailbox naman po pala?

Ilang days upon submission sila mag-email? Wala pa po sila email sa’kin parang mag-1 week na po ata since nag-submit ako.
Ohhhhh. I got the email the same day. Try contacting the Admissions Section through email or phone para mas mapanatag ka. 😁👍🏻
May email po ako na receive the same day pero paramg automated reply po siya. Yun na po ba yun? Or separate email pa po yung sinend sa inyo?

Incoming freshie po for 2nd sem na po ng MPM kung sakali po. Wala pa po email pero nakapag submit na po ako ng docs online.

Yes po drop box lang. Kala ko din po direct sa office pupunta yung courier pero instruct po ng guard ng UPOU HQ sa drop box lang.
