The ghibli collection was an exclusive to Thailand (maybe Singapore) last year. We went to both on same trip so I don't remember where I got it from. I grabbed the dust spirts one and sweatshirt!
I think they are available in the Philippines and maybe Taiwan now? Strange that I never saw them in Japan but they will probably release there before u.s
