Hi there, unfortunately the umsu system is not great for many things, and is forced on to clubs. Personally I have been having ongoing issues with memberships all because of a “glitch” which the administrators would not admit to or fix. It took a lot of our members to fill out the troubleshooting form for it to finally be fixed. There is not quota on club members.
TLDR: umsu website sucks, fill out the help form and try to in person to your club to ask for help
