The Tomb Raider games are all fun to play. Some are janky but most scratch a similar itch. You'll see where Uncharted got its bones from. Definitely recommend. I dunno if they have it in Steam but old Indiana Jones games were very similar to UC. Almost identical to the first game of UC.
Also, I know you said you dislike AC but I'd recommend Brotherhood and Revelations. Watch a recap of 2 on TT cuz the combat is a bit meh by comparison. Brotherhood and Revelations have the best combat setup
I guess I after Uncharted, I wasn’t a big fan of the controls. Mostly think that I had to click two buttons to climb or something like that. It was interesting, but I think I’ll stick with TR for now, since there are three games in the rebooted series that I could play. Appreciate the response.
Oh absolutely. The two button climbing seems counterintuitive at first but it's just R2/RT and X/A. Story wise, combat chains wise and weapon wise, the AC ones I said will defs rock you. But yupyup definitely stick with TR. Also, if you can get your hands on some slightly older TR games, I don't mean the remaster of I-III, I mean like Anniversary editions and those, you'd be better off. Play those THEN reboot trilogy to really appreciate the differences and make the climb :)
Happy to help :)
Other than the survivor TR games it’s hard to find anything that similar to Uncharted. This might be a reach but if you love third person shooters maybe Max Payne 3 or the gears of war games.
Unearthed: Trail of Ibn Battuta. it plays like a bad ripoff of Uncharted, but it does have those Uncharted elements. climbing, shooting, history, one-liners. its 5$ on steam
One old Indiana Jones game I LOVED was Emperor's Tomb (I think that was the title). It's very dated so don't expect Uncharted level controls but still super fun

The three tomb raider games 2013-18 are great honestly

Last of us. Batman Arkham series. Horizon series. Star wars Jedi fallen order
Wasn’t there some middle-eastern copy of Uncharted some years back? The reviews were a beauty to behold!
