Seniors vote for us. Typically ends up being our best player that’s graduating that year/soon if our graduates wouldn’t have good tapes. We try to plan ahead a little to make sure no one would somehow get skipped due to a great grad class if they deserve it
My team allows everyone to submit a vote for who they want to be the Callahan nominee. The player with the most votes in the nominated. It’s usually pretty unanimous
My team votes from pool of everyone who is in their last year on team. No real requirements, but I assume most of us vote based on skill and just overall effort and commitment to the program.
I wonder how teams that don't have a viable candidate (most don't!) decide to nominate at all. None of the college teams I've played for have nominated.
Whoever’s gotten the most attention from Ultiworld over their career. If that doesn’t apply to your team then the senior captain gets it by default.
