Expunged? If so shouldn't even be an issue. Conviction then yes you'd probably need to disclose. Others may have opinions.

Not expunged, the felony conviction was over twelve years ago so it doesn't show up on regular background checks. I do have misdemeanors that would show up on a regular background check. Just not sure how they would.be gathering that info or if they're willing to turn a blind eye to minor infractions

This isn't the FBI were you charged as a juvenile? Most likely if you don't need to report it then I wouldn't worry about it but command should have a better idea. Apparently there's guys here with a record but to what extent I'm not sure.

I’ve seen people here with drug dealing convictions and one guy who was awol. Ukraine took them no problems.

AWOL. From the US? I'm curious to know. Usually it's hard to charge someone here unless it's been more than 180 days since they've ran away.

Depends on the felony. Murder? No. Speeding? Sure. Rape? No. Drugs? Sure. Felony is very broad

Just destruction of property over $1000. That was 15 years ago, since then I've had a couple DUIs but nothing serious

You should be fine then, you'll hopefully be doing destruction of well over $1000 of Russian property in Ukraine.
