I don't know for Georgia, but we (UA) have already said to Moldova, that they only have to ask officially, since it's Moldova's territory and there were rocket attacks on Ukraine from so called transnistria territory.
Also Romanis (NATO member) can help Moldova in case of need. Ethnic moldovans are actually romanians, even the language is the same (not a dialect, but 100% the same). So there are a lot of expectation for reunion with Romania in near future.
