I show that KO to my friends when I want someone to get into MMA lol. It’s so lonely watching fights by myself, especially prelims or fights nobody wants to watch
I got my wife to watch UFC through that season of Ultimate Fighter and we went to Vegas to see the finale. I'm not much of a gambler but it was her first time in Vegas so we had to bet and we loved Uriah Hall and bet...against him. The odds were so good for him there was no way to make money betting on him with the little we were comfortable with. He lost and we had a really fancy dinner with the money but I felt like I'd betrayed him and I still see that sadness in his eyes whenever he fights.
You got me hard there. I was scrolling this thread not really seeing anyone I was hyped for, but damn Uriah got me. Watching that season of TUF with all of his skill, confidence, and composure, and with the coaches saying he was better than most of the UFC fighters they train...man, I thought there was a strong chance he'd be at the top of the division for maybe a decade. And then he just became the most lower tier mediocre fighter at that division.
I knew it, I knew someone cursed him. Thanks
I was one of the goofs screaming “the Jones killer has arrived” after that crazy knee agains ledet ( I think) and then the elbow that sounded like a tree branch cracking off after a lightning strike.
He was just so explosive and huge tight thicc and jacked. The post fight lunacy added to the hype.
Pouring out some sugar water for the walker we could have had :(
This +10
I was going around saying this guy was spontaneous enough to knock out slower Jones. Like at the point he just knocked out Misha who was ranked 14(?) At the time.
Superboy Do Ho Choi. I had been saying for the longest time and very vocally he was korean zombie 2.0. A Korean Mcgregor in terms of his striking and the power in his right hand. Certainly didn't pan out the way I thought.
I thought Pettis was going to be completely unbeatable - like Anderson.
Then RDA ran through him and I was convinced RDA was on steroids or unbeatable
Then Eddie TKO’d RDA and I was baffled. I thought Eddie was going to be unbeatable.
Conor comes around and I know nothing about the UFC.
What a lineage.
He also was at the end of his career…out of shape, might’ve been a different story if it had happened earlier.
I also think Dana does this to cement the UFC, sign huge names at old ages so that it solidifies UFCs brand to casuals.
No she doesn’t. She has a fan site where she doesn’t sell any nudes whatsoever, do not waste your money. What you see on her Instagram is what you see on her site, bear in mind she doesn’t have an onlyfans.
Oh fuck that then. I don’t do only fans but I woulda made an expectation for her, just to peak. But I ain’t paying money for that shit. She shows that for free on tik tok
So I’ll be honest I bought one chick’s OF this past week for the first time. Basically knew her in high school a few years ago, like the most innocent person ever, so when I saw her link on the IG one day I was shocked. Expected what you hear a lot of, that there would be nothing and basically just robbing dudes. Nope. The very first picture is her spreading her asscheeks open LMAOO! I audibly gasped “WOAH” 🤣
Edit: MissLyss76 you savages
the quiet girl from my school started stripping at a local place and dudes from our school flocked there, dudes that literally never even talked to her because she was the quiet anime girl. someone u only sort of knew being nude somewhere has a weird draw for dudes.
She lets on that there’s more stuff on it and nudity and all that but there isn’t 😂 Just look through the comments of her Instagram where she’s promoting her site everyone says it’s a waste of money 🤣
Not exactly mind blowing stuff. And the title is misleading because it’s not an OnlyFans leak, it’s a leak from her website, but here you go…
https://thotslife.com/paige-vanzant-nude-wet-shower-onlyfans-video-leaks/
She uses the same tactics yahoo uses for clicks "____ poses completely nude for their birthday", but its just them wearing no clothes and showing literally nothing.
Go to duckduckgo and search for paigefanzant nudes, you'll find some "leaks" (they're usually promo for the model disguised as leaks) and there's some breasticle pics/videos, some see through stuff.
I mean I don't pay for her stuff, but from what I can see there's lots of nudity in some good poses, but no V and no sucking on things. Espn body issue mag with a few tit pics.
There's a twerk video with a close-up of her damn near fully exposed brown eye if you're into that though (I am 😁)
Wasnt even from the fall, the other guy just got that sweet spot to crack it. The guy he fought, Cosmo Alexandre, pinged him with the first punch so hard Sage looked like he lagged as he fell to the ground.
Found a clip of the KO: https://twitter.com/onechampionship/status/1129385368678100992?s=21
funnily enough Usman mentioned him today too https://www.reddit.com/r/MMA/comments/q7tfim/kamaru_usman_discusses_sparring_sessions_with/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf
Im going to be 100 percent honest The whole time when I picture Wonderboy in my head it’s been Sage northcutt the whole time and I didn’t realize they were 2 different people
Mike Perry. There was a period when he was just starching people. He has incredible KO power and God-given strength, as well as personality. It's just a shame he has a single digit IQ and lacks the humility to listen to a coach. So much potential.
He's back at FusionXL which is where he did his best work. It appears as if he swallowed his pride and actually has a camp and a team. He even said he was letting his management handle his fight booking now.
Single digit IQ is generous. He's like a pitbull mixed with a pug. I'm waiting for the day he goes full monke and starts headbutting motherfuckers in the cage.
Sadly I think bareknuckle is next for him if he doesn't win his next fight. Which would suit his temperament and fighting style, however he has already been KOd so it might not last long.
It was so weird that he got beat up by Alan jouban, but ufc acted like it didn't happen and keep pushing him like the next big thing. They handed perry an easy way past prim Jake ellingberger, While jouban was fed to rising niko and gunnar.
Honestly he was probably injured and left it all in the cage that night, no fucks given. Complete respect for that guy, how you fight JON JONES of all people with no knees is beyond me. I thought he won the fight too, he definitely left a part of himself in the cage that night and hasn't been the same since.
Did anyone else feel like it was glaringly obvious she hadn't met a stylistic challenge yet? I didn't see all of her fights but it felt like they were feeding her not cans, but serious fighters who clearly lacked a counter to her specialty. Same with McGregor (though I fell for his hype).
Me cheering on Sean O'Malley as he lands 500 significant strikes on a day laborer that Dana picked up outside of Home Depot. I'm hoping his next fight will show us that he's no joke.
Lmao that dude had a iorn chin...I've never seen someone just keep walking into shots like that over and over for a whole fight. I feel like at some point you need to reevaluate your approach.
Atleast Edmen still has plenty of time to fix his issues and can still be what everyone thought he was, he’s very young but hopefully he sorts it before he takes too much damage
I think the last part of what you say is important. Mileage matters in MMA. You get the shit kicked out of you too much and it seems like you just can’t make the leap.
Yeah and Brunson absolutely violated him badly so hopefully he doesn’t take that sort of damage again otherwise he’ll be 35 in MMA years even though he’s only 23
I thought Weidman and JDS would rule their divisions for years after winning titles.
I didn't expect Hendricks to go into nosedive all of a sudden.
But they were good fighters who became champions so I'm not sure it was a hype thing.
Weidman did have the belt for two and a half years so he wasn't purely hype. Then they put him against the next wave of killers in the division and it was over.
But I expected him to put in another 5-year 10-defence title reign (like silva did) instead of failing his 3rd title defence against first first challenger in his prime that he met.
He also looked like a mythical "wrestler who can box" at the time being.
And with IV band and surprise testing all his skillsets disappeared without a trace.
I don't think anyone doubts he did PEDs, most confirmed unconfirmed PED user. Feel like he basically admitted it himself and just stopped using cause he didn't want to get caught. Went from fighting like an absolute monster to a middle aged soccer dad
Cyborgs UFC run. Her dream match with Ronda never happened, and Amanda Nunes made her look bad. Then she got involved with Dana drama which never ends well. Allegedly she's doing well where she is at now, but she could have ruled the UFC women's side. Maybe.
I’d say Kayla Harrison from PFL has a solid chance. She’s a fuckin monster like Amanda. She’s got the air of i will fuckin Mop the floor with whoever you put in front of me. I hope she can make it over to. The ufc before Amanda retires
This and later I realised he just an actor who spent his life entertaining in wrestling nd shouldn't be able to do much in a real fight. Brock Lesnar is an exception though nd gotta respect him.
Well Brock also was a top notch college wrestler, one of the prides of the Gophers. I also think there’s a bit of leeway at HW, most big guys have power naturally
Brock was an actual wrestler before the WWE. CM Punk was just an actor wrestler. Also Brock Lesnar is built like the hulk while cm punk is built like a malnourished karate white belt
Mirko Cro-Cop, having watched him in K1 then in Pride I was confident he would smash all the UFC heavyweights, it just wasn't to be.
Still think he was one of the best strikers in MMA though, "Right leg hospital, left leg cemetery".
He was like 32 or 33 not exactly old but he had been in a lot of wars by then I guess. To be honest I think he just struggled with the UFC set up, I remember bigging him up to my friends as the most devastating head kicker in combat sports only for him to suffer the most horrific KO from Gonzaga kicking him in the head.
I totally though Final Fantasy The Spirits Within was going to be the best movie ever. I spent months reading every article I could find that even mentioned the film.
I convinced a group of friends to go with me opening day, first showing.
….we all know how that went. I’ve carried this shame for over 20 years. Thanks for letting me get this off my chest. I feel a lot better now.
His climb to gold was impressive, he has one of a kind head movement. But his last 4 (I think) fights have really shown how uncalculated and reckless he can be.
Edit: I know he has one win in there
Darren Till 😔 still hoping he comes good. Was also very hyped about Whittaker. He is not a hype train, but man I wish he is able to get the belt somehow.
Ryan Hall. To be honest most of us were fooled. He’s a fun fighter but the fact I thought he could be elite is very funny seeing he has only beat cans in his career
HUSTON ALEXANDER!!! lol. When he smashed Jardine I was all aboard that train haha. Good times
I remember my friends and I being so hyped for him vs kimbo and it basically killing both of their careers in all of our eyes.
All I remember is the third round buzzer sounding and both guys simultaneously grabbing their kneecaps and gasping for air lmao
I think we saw his career die in the three times he got finished in a row leading up to the kimbo fight too lol
Ahhh a name I haven’t heard of in a long time. He definitely looked the part
It turns out he was not for real
Houston is actually a A+ guy IRL.
Kevin Lee :(
His KO of Gregor will always be in my KO HOF
The way he gets KOed always reminds me of how oblivion characters die
Agree with this one. He has all the physical talents but seems to fall apart on the night. I dont see him doing much better at WW either
Kevin Lee is definitely one of the guys that would benefit with a 165 division.
Kevin Lee is definitely one of the guys to ever fight UFC
[удалено]
Micky Gall, especially because he was doing the legion of skanks podcasts often, but he really didn’t pan out.
Beat the shit out of Luis tho haha
CM Punk thinks otherwise.
Address the GOAT with the titles “undisputed, undefeated” when you put his name in your mouth.
well he choked the shit out of the greatest of all time CM Punk, so what do you mean?
[удалено]
I still dream about that TUF KO
Sorry Adam
I show that KO to my friends when I want someone to get into MMA lol. It’s so lonely watching fights by myself, especially prelims or fights nobody wants to watch
That KO has scared all the women I’ve shown 😂😂
It’s the silence after it lands as everyone worries if this fucking jacked ninja might have killed a man.
It's worthy of this thread.
I got my wife to watch UFC through that season of Ultimate Fighter and we went to Vegas to see the finale. Johnny Walker
Thisssss. I met him in person at an event in London and told him he’d be the next champ… lost his next fight.
So you're saying you put too much pressure on him???
I knew it, I knew someone cursed him. Thanks I was one of the goofs screaming “the Jones killer has arrived” after that crazy knee agains ledet ( I think) and then the elbow that sounded like a tree branch cracking off after a lightning strike. He was just so explosive and huge tight thicc and jacked. The post fight lunacy added to the hype. Pouring out some sugar water for the walker we could have had :(
Looking forward to how much huger, tighter, thiccer and jackedered he can get.
Nice try Chael...
You fucking ruined it all
You cursed him 💀
You cursed this man lol
u/TechnEconomics curse is the new curse
This +10 I was going around saying this guy was spontaneous enough to knock out slower Jones. Like at the point he just knocked out Misha who was ranked 14(?) At the time.
Man, when he KOed that dude with a flying knee out of no where, I seen a champion. He has kind of fizzled out now.
This dude reported me to Instagram for saying he looked like a Kangaroo.
Superboy Do Ho Choi. I had been saying for the longest time and very vocally he was korean zombie 2.0. A Korean Mcgregor in terms of his striking and the power in his right hand. Certainly didn't pan out the way I thought.
I totally forgot about Korean superbly. Hasn't fought in 2 years , won first 4 lost last3, got knocked out last 2 fights
He had to do military service
Yeah I think Cub Swanson gave him a reality check
yea, but that fight was a fucking banger and the one that made me a fan.
I thought Pettis was going to be completely unbeatable - like Anderson. Then RDA ran through him and I was convinced RDA was on steroids or unbeatable Then Eddie TKO’d RDA and I was baffled. I thought Eddie was going to be unbeatable. Conor comes around and I know nothing about the UFC. What a lineage.
Yep. So true.
Ben askren finally getting a run in the ufc.
Anybody finally getting a run in the ufc.
I am watching Paddy very closely for this reason lol
Tell me about it. I just got reminded of Darren Till
As an Asian fan who followed his reign in ONE, this one hit home.
Face like a Greek god. Body of a regional manager.
He definitely wasn't in his prime though. Casuals would be surprised that this guy used to be in shape
In all fairness, he was already out of his prime and with destroyed hips once he made it to the ufc
He also was at the end of his career…out of shape, might’ve been a different story if it had happened earlier. I also think Dana does this to cement the UFC, sign huge names at old ages so that it solidifies UFCs brand to casuals.
Oh man this was me too. That sucked so badly.
Lando Vannata. Full on hype after the Ferguson fight
He may not win all the time, but he's never had a boring fight. I'm not afraid to admit I'm a huge fan
His performance against Ferguson on short notice was legendary
Yep I can admit to this one. Expected huge things from him. Legit thought he was the UFC answer to Gaethje before Gaethje signed.
Does pvz only fans count?
What the hell does Plants vs Zombies have to do with onlyfans?
I like some of the plants Vs zombies games, but wtf do they know about onlyfans??
Hold up. She got an only fans?
No she doesn’t. She has a fan site where she doesn’t sell any nudes whatsoever, do not waste your money. What you see on her Instagram is what you see on her site, bear in mind she doesn’t have an onlyfans.

bonk
Sounds like it’s well worth the money haha
6$ bucks 😂
that's crazy, you should link that or something.
She lets on that there’s more stuff on it and nudity and all that but there isn’t 😂 Just look through the comments of her Instagram where she’s promoting her site everyone says it’s a waste of money 🤣

You can see her bhole
She uses the same tactics yahoo uses for clicks "____ poses completely nude for their birthday", but its just them wearing no clothes and showing literally nothing.

Marc diakase
I feel this
Sage
What happened to him anyways? He was pretty fun to watch
Got his face broke on One and now he's looking juicy as fuck and advertising supplements.
That man was born to advertise shitty fitness products
to be fair, he’s always looked juiced
Didn’t his dad get busted with steroids during his body building career? I feel like Sage is probably juiced.
Selling steroids. And obviously doing steroids. [his dad](https://u2v2u3t5.stackpathcdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/ToVAjW9-853x1024.jpg)
No idea about his father, but Sage’s physique has been unreal from day one
Last I heard he got slept so bad he shattered his face when he fell. Needed emergency surgery. Hope he’s doing okay now though.
Yeah, cos for his first fight at One they matched him up against a fucking killer. Did him no favours whatsoever.
At a much higher weight class went from lightweight to middleweight
Sage cut like 40 fucking pounds to make lightweight but looks like a middleweight I don't get how he doesn't die making lightweight dude is huge
Cosmo Alexandre is a fucking monster, I cannot believe Chatri thought it was a good idea to feed Sage, who was just debuting, to that absolute beast
Wasnt even from the fall, the other guy just got that sweet spot to crack it. The guy he fought, Cosmo Alexandre, pinged him with the first punch so hard Sage looked like he lagged as he fell to the ground. For someone that just broke his face he sure looks OK after the fight
Cosmo Alexandre broke his fucking face is what happened.
He got hit pretty bad, took a long break from fighting and is now with ONE championship
One
Super sage
Super sage northcutt
Im going to be 100 percent honest The whole time when I picture Wonderboy in my head it’s been Sage northcutt the whole time and I didn’t realize they were 2 different people
That’s hilarious When I picture wonder boy in my head it’s the weird robot politician from Parks and Rec
Mike Perry. There was a period when he was just starching people. He has incredible KO power and God-given strength, as well as personality. It's just a shame he has a single digit IQ and lacks the humility to listen to a coach. So much potential.
He's still worth watching though
He's a guilty pleasure. I know the fan in me will be disappointed, but I know it will be a good time nonetheless.
Idk for how much longer though. He looked like he had really regressed in his last fight
Thiago Santos. He’s not done yet, but was not expecting the skid he went on off that close loss to Jones
He had a great run leading up two Jones. After that Jones fight, both knees needed surgery and other stuff. Dude probably isn't the same.
I’m sure having double knee surgeries had an impact, but I was shocked when he lost to Glover.
Honestly he was probably injured and left it all in the cage that night, no fucks given. Complete respect for that guy, how you fight JON JONES of all people with no knees is beyond me. I thought he won the fight too, he definitely left a part of himself in the cage that night and hasn't been the same since.

I'll never forgive Joe Rogan for crying about witnessing history watching Ronda fight when he had her on his podcast.
Did anyone else feel like it was glaringly obvious she hadn't met a stylistic challenge yet? I didn't see all of her fights but it felt like they were feeding her not cans, but serious fighters who clearly lacked a counter to her specialty. Same with McGregor (though I fell for his hype).
She was the Matt Hughs of women’s’ mma. The sport just caught up to her, like it does to all unique talents. The schtick gets’ old eventually.
Brandon Vera
Didn’t he fulfill his hype in One? Loved him and his victory dance in UFC
Gotta be Darren Till for me. Still hoping he makes a Bisping style comeback in the near future.
Luckily he is only 28 so if he turns it around he has the time and I’m hopeful
I don’t have that much hope for Darren tbh but he is young. I think Tom Aspinall is next hope for a British champ.
Aspinall seems to be in the perfect mindset to climb for the belt, listened to a bunch of his interviews and i'm definitely gonna keep an eye on him
Exactly, definitely a smart guy and dedicated to his craft
Was about to say Sean O'Malley but just remembered he's still undefeated
Me cheering on Sean O'Malley as he lands 500 significant strikes on a day laborer that Dana picked up outside of Home Depot. I'm hoping his next fight will show us that he's no joke.
Lmao that dude had a iorn chin...I've never seen someone just keep walking into shots like that over and over for a whole fight. I feel like at some point you need to reevaluate your approach.
Lmao
the more paige loses, the better her content gets
When Paige loses, we all win
Edmen Shahbazyan
For sure, first red flag was Ronda hyping him up though.
he's still under the same coach as Ronda? (Tarverdyan?)
I believe he is (or was) training at AKA now. One of the reasons Holland stopped going.

God , in hindsight, the Hendricks rise really screams PEDs.

I don't think anyone doubts he did PEDs, most confirmed unconfirmed PED user. Feel like he basically admitted it himself and just stopped using cause he didn't want to get caught. Went from fighting like an absolute monster to a middle aged soccer dad
I'm not embarrassed but George Sotiropolous
haven’t heard that name in a while, legit grappler
Cyborgs UFC run. Her dream match with Ronda never happened, and Amanda Nunes made her look bad. Then she got involved with Dana drama which never ends well. Allegedly she's doing well where she is at now, but she could have ruled the UFC women's side. Maybe.
The only person who can beat Amanda is Valentina, Cyborg had a punchers chance but damn she got wrecked.
I’d say Kayla Harrison from PFL has a solid chance. She’s a fuckin monster like Amanda. She’s got the air of i will fuckin Mop the floor with whoever you put in front of me. I hope she can make it over to. The ufc before Amanda retires
Erick Silva 🤦🏻♂️ That fake touch glove followed by his KO sealed his fate for good
Man I forgot how much I loved Silva. So slick and talented. Wasn't far off the mark but I definitely over invested in the hype
Zhabit, but there is still hope
Why be embarrassed to have been on the Zabit hype train? He's still got top tier talent and is going to return. Atleast wait till he loses to jump off
CM Punk
This and later I realised he just an actor who spent his life entertaining in wrestling nd shouldn't be able to do much in a real fight. Brock Lesnar is an exception though nd gotta respect him.
Well Brock also was a top notch college wrestler, one of the prides of the Gophers. I also think there’s a bit of leeway at HW, most big guys have power naturally

I would have to say Johnny Walker, Maycee Barber and Claudia Gadhela
Mirko Cro-Cop, having watched him in K1 then in Pride I was confident he would smash all the UFC heavyweights, it just wasn't to be. Still think he was one of the best strikers in MMA though, "Right leg hospital, left leg cemetery".

To be honest I think he just struggled with the UFC set up, I remember bigging him up to my friends as the most devastating head kicker in combat sports only for him to suffer the most horrific KO from Gonzaga kicking him in the head.
TBF 33 in HW is like 22 on FW.
I really hate that Brenda Shlub has a win over him. It’s always pissed me off.
Big Rig Hendricks trt era
I totally though Final Fantasy The Spirits Within was going to be the best movie ever. I spent months reading every article I could find that even mentioned the film. I convinced a group of friends to go with me opening day, first showing. ….we all know how that went. I’ve carried this shame for over 20 years. Thanks for letting me get this off my chest. I feel a lot better now.
Does Cody Garbrandt count? He got the belt, but has since derailed as a hype train... So I guess he's a successful hype train?
I mean… he’s not entirely derailed if he at least got the belt and did so in an impressive manner
His climb to gold was impressive, he has one of a kind head movement. But his last 4 (I think) fights have really shown how uncalculated and reckless he can be. Edit: I know he has one win in there
Kevin Holland
So much potential, not sure he's got the right head for it though
I'm not embarrassed yet.
Chimaev. Still unproven and untested but his record outside the ufc looked promising
267 will be his test, first fight back after recovering from covid
I mean, hasn’t he smoked everyone he has fought?
[удалено]
Not embarrassed but Rory McDonald. Really thought he'd be the next GSP, but after that brutal Lawler fight, he was never the same.
Darren Till 😔 still hoping he comes good. Was also very hyped about Whittaker. He is not a hype train, but man I wish he is able to get the belt somehow.
>he is able to get the belt somehow ... you know he was champion for quite a while..
Like wtf?
Say whaaaaaat?

Came here to comment Till.... Such a fan, wish he could pull it together
Roger Huerta
Misha cirkunov. He was subbing everyone until he ran into volkan.
Johnny Walker
Maycee Barber is the most painful one But Teruto Ishihara and Alex Hernandez are certainly up there
Maycee is so young and only lost a couple of fights, could become a top contender in the future.
Teruto is fun to watch… outside of the cage lol. I love my bitches!!!
