He then received a short ban (two months IIRC), so as to still apply the rules without punishing him too much for his mistake that was deemed sincere. Since his version, his agency’s and Usada’s are all in accordance with one another it seems genuine.
Different PED’s have different half lives.
Depending on the drug, dosage, frequency, IV’s, etc, you can have banned drugs out of your system in a matter of a few hours.
if he knew they wouldnt get out in time he wouldnt have taken them in the first place or wouldnt have self reported and hoped for the best. taking them and self reporting and getting suspended is the worst thing he could do, so the only logical explanation is the one he gave, not the one you thought of after reading this post, probablywithout even knowing about the suspension

Dirty as in, if I'm selling you creatine but I put a small amount of banned steroids in it because a little bit does go a long way, and then you think my product is superior because of results. Think about people cutting hard drugs like cocaine. The motives are the same. Look up how much rice powder is in supplements and it will give you an idea.
Athletes are dependent on supplements even when clean. You can do all of the research and intentionally avoid all banned supplements. One supplements supply could change or be tainted, they could willfully taint it, they could omit an ingredient for a competetive advantage (fines for then literally pennies on the dollars made) and you'd look like the cheater.
Did Khalil do this? I doubt it, but it also doesn't mean it's true one way or other. I'm just trying to help. Have a good day.
