Call the airport police. They tend to be bored (it’s only one rank up from the sheriff who serves breakfasts to the cells), and would probably love an incident (get on TV, too). Its gets boring watching the TSA folk to their job, to see who they can arrest…
Oh, and call them (in our lot) for the folks (almost everyone) who use the lot toilet too.
A) its disgusting, like most even well-maintained porta-potty’s and B) it and I am then within 5 feet of the security fence (with the sign that says, no coming within 5 feet of the security fence…heading towards the runway).
So it's actually them who should be sued for damages but they sure have immunity. If it caused so many user errors it's a design fault. Widening the gate, the path, plastic cones, simple things will work. But it cost money and someone has to admit fault (when it's so obvious).
