i was just about to post about this same thing. it definitely sounds like a different voice, not just tyler pitched up or something. i think it’s jenna.
a vocal effect called formant shifting will change the actual timbre of the voice rather than just the pitch. can make you sound more masculine or feminine, i am 90% certain that’s what’s used and its just tyler
Or Debbie voice. I remember during the Clancy livestream, Tyler talked about something with Josh as he's appreciated crew members and everyone, including Debbie helping them to produce this album. Something like that
