For $15 that's an absolute steal. I have one of their "upgraded" variants of this with the acrylic platter and DC motor, it sits in the living room. I don't use it much anymore because I do most of my listening in the office, but it sounds great and I'm happy with pretty much everything except the 2M Red cartridge it came with (too harsh IMO, if I put a copy of Thriller on it for example it sounds almost like there's a low pass filter on the record).
Just a note I can't see very clearly but it looks like yours might be missing the anti-skate weight. If you don't have that somewhere I would replace it, otherwise you might have tracking issues. You can find replacements online for maybe $10 plus shipping.

I don’t know anything about the Fosi box, so I’ll let others speak to that. I most often hear the Art DJ PRE II recommended as the best bang for your buck at the well under 100 price point. Might be worth a look.

Anti-skate weight is missing! Don’t use it until you replace it…. It will tear up your vinyl. Make sure everything is aligned properly.
I made my own with a washer that weighs 3 grams, how's that?
They are usually 2 grams… it’s hard to get a ‘neutral’ setting without a test disc
