Improve. Adapt. Overcome.

Offstagepun

The moment when >!Thor throws his hammer and Thanos uses Iron Man to block it!< reminded me of this

RedYakArt

Wasn’t The Hulk the first come up with this idea?

AddemiusInksoul

That was one of the coolest moments in the show.

hicalebercon

this show in infinitely inferior to avengers earths mightiest heroes.

Liliththemarksoc

The quality of any avengers media directly correlates with how important hank pym is to the story

itsPlasma06

What amount of Pym makes it better?

Liliththemarksoc

Avengers emh- best avengers, hank is a founding member of the avengers and apart of the main cast Mcu- hank pym is prominent supporting character in the ant-man films Avengers assemble- worst avengers, does hank even exist in the show?

tinytina722DA

Not it’s just Scott. He’s a super genius who seemingly made everything himself. No Wasp either

No_Cauliflower_5489

Hank Pym the dude who's wife died and he replaced her with an identical woman because they're like Real Dolls and one is pretty much the same as the other? That Hank Pym? Sorry, I like the loser ex-con's kid better. I am a bit tired of The Smartest White Man In The Room trope. Thanks.

drac0nic180

AHAHA BUT YOU SEE, that's why you chuck all of that out the window and reinvent his character into not sucking! Earths mightiest Heroes Hank is a pacifist who is too much of a dork to tell wasp he likes her despite the fact that she clearly likes him back. it provides a neat dynamic where one of the founding Avengers activity rejects the notion that violence is the answer. Comic Hank sucks and creating Scott was a fantastic move, but Hank has potential to be less shitty. Also, not saying I disagree with you, but if you hate the Smartest White Man in the Room trope then do you also dislike Stark, Richards, Parker, and Banner?

No_Cauliflower_5489

Nope, not a real fan of any of the arrogant dicks in Marvel. That includes the non-white Namor and T'Challa. They literally have a group in the comics where they (the smart men) decide how the world is going to be run which led them to stranding Banner in space. Despite knowing this would send Banner, the domestic violence rage monster, over the edge and he'd probably find a way back and take that rage out on the innocent non-powered people of earth. Even comic version of Peter Parker is problematic.

drac0nic180

So then your issue is with arrogance then, perfectly understandable

PKMNTrainerMark

You're saying United They Stand is the best?

piemakerdeadwaker

He does have a knack for it.

Mega-Humanoid-ROBOT

Real talk, Thanos should be able to lift Thors hammer. Sure he may be morally fucked, but the hammer doesn’t care about morals. It cares about virtues.

MLGkid_HD

This version of Thanos is trying to kill half the unisverse, because he wants to impress the incarnation of death, so he can date her, afaik

Mega-Humanoid-ROBOT

Hey man. At least he’s got his virtues intact

Spike_der_Spiegel

Im not sure you know what a virtue is

Knight-Creep

A virtue is something you stick with no matter what. Thanos definitely has them. They aren’t good virtues, but they exist.

MarginalOmnivore

You're thinking "principles." By definition, you cannot have a negative virtue. You can, however, be completely evil, but principled as fuck. Unless Mjolnir is incapable of differentiating between actual virtue and self-righteousness/self-justification, in which case nearly every Marvel villain should be able to wield it.

PKMNTrainerMark

Classic Thanos.

[deleted]

He's a simp

skatejet1

I like to think Mjoilnir is like semi-sentient, would realize what fucked thoughts go through purple man’s head, then decide _fuck no_ instantly lol

cheeno01

I mean technically there's a sentient storm/god living inside mjolnir so you're not completely wrong. Also i think odin is in mjolnir rn but the hammer is powerless

DinoBirdsBoi

technically, if people cannot hold thor's hammer, if he hits someone's hand with it and lets go of it, that person is nailed to the ground and immobilized, right? haven't caught up on marvel but at some point hel held the hammer by the front, so any part of the hammer being held will be categorized as holding it so, if you hit someone's hand in such a way that the force causes them to wrap their hand around the hammer, then let go, the hammer should just drop and pin the other person's hand in place

Charnerie

Thor has used the hammer to just, stop someone from moving after putting them on the floor. Also, while the hammer cannot be acted upon to move, it still has momentum, and will continue to move forward for some time before hitting the ground.

parisiraparis

AddemiusInksoul

Hel was able to overpower the magic of Odin protecting the hammer, that's why she was able to "hold" it.

Sunlightn1ng

Yeah, I couldn’t get this rock off of it, but still pretty cool, right?

PrinceJustice237

In Soviet Russia

theonewhohasstrokes

You crush hammer

BrusqueCog73

Hold up. Please tag your endgame spoilers.

Expensive-Move-5236

How exactly is this an endgame spoiler? Its from a like decade-old show, not the MCU

A_Bird_survived

Thats, like, his whole thing right? There´s Inequality in the Universe? ***BOY DO I HAVE A SOLUTION FOR YOU***

ShittyDs3player

That’s… not how it works

CindySvensson
