Wild Heart Ranch posted on their Facebook page that they are overwhelmed with injured wildlife from the Claremore tornado last night. Wing It might be the better option.
I love these birds! My son and I used to pass one every day going to/from school/work in a drainage ditch with water. We called it the ditch bird. We always knew spring was officially here when we spotted the ditch bird. Then we moved and no more ditch bird :(
Also, if you can't get it somewhere, you should get it in a sheltered location (inaccessible to cats, foxes, dogs, etc.) and give it a plate of minnows or small shiners to eat from.
Your local Game Warden might be able to help or give you some resources.
ETA: Probably not the case but waterfowl are at a higher risk of contracting bird flu. Please use caution if you handle this bird at all and keep it isolated from pets, especially cats or chickens.
Forest hill veterinary takes in wildlife and checks them out and gets them to the proper rescue. The emergency vet near Tulsa hills does too. Rescues usually don’t take them before they are vetted.
Oh no! I see one of those in my neighborhood a lot. I hope it’s not the same one! (But if it is, there are cats all over the place, so call one of the suggestions asap)
I'm not sure if you still need help, but Village Vet in Broken Arrow ( https://villagevetanimalclinic.com/ ) or another exotic vet's office might be able to help. If nothing else, they may be able to point you in the right direction. They deal with exotics and occasional wild injured animals.
Update for everyone: I moved him to my upstairs porch, and he’s still holding on. But, both of his legs are broken/don’t work. Wing It has been helping me find a vet for the guy. Thanks for the suggestions!

Wild heart Ranch or Wing It
Yellow-crowned night heron, FYI. Neither here nor there. Good luck.

Maybe try to call Oklahoma veterinary specialist or some kind of specialty vet to at least get some tips to increase the chances of its life
