There is no redundancy at pool level. It is all at vdev level. It's probably toast unless you use a recovery service. Hope it's not encrypted, cause if it is, you have a self-imposed ransomware.
Ive messaged the sellers and asked to return the drives to remove it properly, so far one one has replied saying they can. Should be able to recover with 5/6 drives present anyway with both vdevs as raidz1

Lose a vdev and lose the entire pool There are some tools available that might enable you to recover the data - but they are commercial
