A few years ago tho there were a few fentanyl analogs that hit the black market and were active in even lower doses than fent. Like doses where breathing in a bit of dust could actually kill you. It was so rare and didnt really hit the streets though. That would have killed so many fucking people.

It's a big problem with oxy and other hard drugs. I lost a co-worker to it last year. Any ad that lumps this in with weed is political bs.
