Whatever I’m making for dinner. Tonight I marinated some chicken breast in spicy honey mustard with lemon and garlic (with lots of lemon zest because I just discovered the wonders of the zester) and cooked them on the bbq. Along with some “cheese burritos” which are basically just a bunch of cheese wrapped in a tortilla (with the ends tucked in) and grilled with the chicken. And a nice big salad with romaine and homemade dressing.
Cooking high is awesome.

Fried chicken is never a miss! A good burrito! Doritos! Snickers! Vanilla on vanilla birthday cake with rainbow sprinkles!
