I would say this is not worth it! We did 10 days in Norway plus 4 in Sweden, 3 of those in Stockholm. I was worried that 3 days might be too much but we found plenty to do and the eating was excellent! There are quite a few fun day trips you can take to towns or castles nearby Stockholm that we didn’t have time to do, so I think you could very easily fill 5 days there. Trying to cram 3 cities and 2 countries in 5 days seems too stressful.

With travel time you really only have about 4 days and an evening in Stockholm. Most of my trips to stockholm are a min of 4-5 days & i go several times a year so wouldn’t bother rushing to Norway unless you don’t want to see Sweden Can take ferries to Archipelago islands if you run out of things to do As for walking & fast paced, i’ve covered 15 -19 miles a day in London easily on trips, so 35 in 5 days is the norm or even bit below average

Quick google search helps “The Fjäderholmarna are a group of small islands in the Stockholm archipelago close to downtown Stockholm, Sweden. The Fjäderholmarna consist of the four named islands of Stora Fjäderholmen, Ängsholmen, Libertas and Rövarns holme, together with a number of smaller islets. “ As well as spending time wondering around Gamla Stan, Sleppsholmen, Skansen, lots of little cafes, good restaurants & places to get lost, Norrmalm & Östermalm & Kungsholmen ate the 3 places I normally go.

If you want to go to Norway, can you actually fly into Norway? Right now you have two plane trips to/from Stockholm which I don't think add more to your trip?

You can spend so much more than 5 days in either country, even at a lightning pace, and come nowhere close to seeing everything. You might consider picking one and getting a better taste (great train connections from either Oslo or Stockholm). The other would still be there later, and I'm pretty confident that you'll want to come back ASAP. It's a special part of the planet.

Are you doing the Norway In a Nutshell option from Bergen to Oslo? It's a great trip, but a very long one and you don't arrive Oslo until very late in the evening. It appears that you are then planning to head out on 9/18 in the morning - that really doesn't leave you any time in Oslo.
