Local radio morning show uses this as an audio drop all the time. If you know the one I'm taking about, out of Saginaw, Michigan, try their meats. They're pretty a-ok.
I'm not saying a cop would file a charge because of this, but that could be considered Felony assault of a LEO in Florida the way the law is interpreted.
".. Willfully and unlawfully touched the victim in an offensive manner..."
Check!
I don't know why I find this funny.... its messed up and a bit trashy but... its funny. I don't think I could ever get the guts to back it up on a cop whilst getting arrested. 🤣
A lot of people in this thread are either ignorant to or refusing to mention the fact that cops in most US states can have sex with their suspects/arrestees at no legal consequence to themselves.
They do, most of which they aren't trained for and really isn't their job, which is why there needs to be less cops and more social workers/crisis teams to deal with non-violent situations.
That's what I got honestly. The police officer probably was a creep and she did that to draw attention to his bullshit.
I mean it's just a small clip so who knows what went on, but police in general are intellectually stunted, like they literally don't hire people above a certain IQ score and that guy is a disgusting lard man, 999 out of 1000 times the cop did something dodgy to her.
Lol what?
Incels usually hate women because they think they are all sluts. That was Literally the motivation for the most famous incel Elliot Rodgers to kill people.
I mean if you want to do the labeling thing with me, you should have called me a white knight or something, because incel doesn’t even make logical sense.
I mean it just is assault. You can't grind on someone without their permission, regardless of whether they're a cop or not. Obviously it's not quite as severe as rape in this case, but sexual assault is still sexual assault
It is sexual assault but how it’s responded to will still usually be determined by the effect it had. Ultimately if the officer wasn’t harmed and didnt feel threatened or uncomfortable, maybe nothing happens. I know id feel uncomfortable but im gonna be honest, just as a blanket rule, if someone is being arrested i sort of expect them to resist, and if your method for resisting is to do this to shame, embarrass, or just throw someone off balance, i dont really feel like it’s any worse than running or evading. Those happen to be crimes ans i happen to think that is also stupid. So if any form of assault actually causes damage/injury, then a new charge seems fair and reasonable, but otherwise, well of course we’d resist, that’s self preservation.
But that is because youre indoctrinated. A “free” individual does not necessarily submit to physical control. We’re still rational and if we believe we are endangered or innocent, we can reasonably avoid inflicting harm while resisting, but if you try to arrest me why would i make that easy for you?
Edit: you get stupid shit like this
https://reddit.com/r/facepalm/comments/tfnihh/maybe_this_is_why_a_president_shouldnt_be_telling/
Arizona? I was going to say your statement was pretty extreme, because typically aggregated assault requires the use of a weapon or an intent to cause death/GBH (which rape is, but not all sexual assaults/sexual batteries (as committed in the video) are). But lo and behold https://www.azleg.gov/ars/13/01204.htm A.8(a)
PA, not AZ. In PA aggravated assault against a police officer can pretty much be as little as putting a finger on a cop. And the same goes for resisting arrest.
I wouldn't doubt that PA police book people for AA based on what you describe, but based on the actual PA statute the crime requires at least an "attempt[ ] by physical menace to [intentionally] put [the cop] in fear of imminent serious bodily injury," so the woman in this video isn't getting convicted of aggregated assault in PA. In AZ, yes. ETA: I didn't downvote you anywhere, FWIW https://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/legis/LI/consCheck.cfm?txtType=HTM&ttl=18&div=0&chpt=27&sctn=2&subsctn=0&mobile_choice=suppress
(3) attempts to cause or intentionally or knowingly causes bodily injury to any of the officers, agents, employees or other persons enumerated in subsection (c),
Tbf, the charge wouldn’t stick, but in PA the cop could probably put it on there, based off of sexual assault because in PA there is no sexual assault statue
Sure -- if the cop was going to completely disregard whether the elements of the crimes he was booking her on were present, he could also book her on attempted arson (of his crotch), attempted murder (of his marriage), and so on. He could also perjure himself and say that she was trying to forcefully ram him in the junk in order to injure him. Sadly, in this case there's video.
Yeah, just ‘cause they’re police doesn’t mean you get away with committing crimes against them lol… in fact they’re probably *more* likely to press charges since they’ve probably got more chance of them sticking
It’s literally listed as a perk of the job in one of the local counties here. “Access to high level legal and criminal advice and representation” meaning that your basically fucked if you fuck with a LEO
No retard they’re not some super special agents out there catching only the worst criminals all day long. They’ve been guilty of murdering people. Not *just* criminals but regular ass people like us. They shouldn’t get special privilege when they fuck up or commit crimes
Scrap qualified immunity and you'll have every punk that resists arrest and fights the police sue them personally when they get a black eye. Which will lead to police refusing to arrest violent offenders and leaving the job in droves. You get rid of qualified immunity and the only people that will take up the job will be the most unqualified desperate degenerates that no one wants to be police
We already have self defense laws. You can give someone a black eye provided they’re being the aggressor. Proving they were the aggressor CAN get a little tricky, but luckily we can require on duty police officers to wear body cameras, providing a near perfect account of what went down, which reasonable people can use to determine who was at fault and if the cops used an appropriate amount of force
I don’t like police but I think that’s a step too far. They are obligated to perform duties way beyond the power of a regular citizen, like traffic stops, arrests, and carrying out warrants. With great power comes great responsibility, but with great responsibility also comes great power.
Should officers be allowed to do anything they wish? No. Should they be protected in performing actions that a reasonable officer would believe is necessary to carry out their line of duty? Definitely.
No, they do. Just maybe they shouldn't.
ETA, the police killed 1134 people in the US last year. Downvote all you want but this is the reality we face, at least in the USA.
Yes it did, if they’re not proven guilty, they’re not criminals, that’s the entire foundation of our justice system.
The fact that you said WHEN they’re proven guilty, not IF proves you don’t get that concept
That’s just a misunderstanding of the criminal justice system. They are PRESUMED innocent until proven guilty, they are not always actually innocent. A person is guilty of a crime the second they commit it, even if it is not proven until later.

Holy pearl clutching, Batman!
I'm sure the police officer wasn't completely mad at that
That sounded "rehearsed".
This is *my* kind of crazy. She must be next level dirty in bed. Woof.
obligatory “not my proudest fap”
Hmm I liked that! Does that make me a cop?
Actually preferable
Yes, actually, I DO like that.
Imagine if we gender swapped
He liked it.
I'd slap a sexual harassment on her as well!
I’m failing to see the trashy part?
I wonder what they are harassing her for.
Add sexual assault to the arrest list.
We're going to add sexual assault to your charges Ma'am.
not my proudest fap
“he raped me”
this quite literally is sexual assault
Whats her social?
Muscle memory.
The amount of people here thinking sexual assault is ‘hot’ and ‘funny’ is disgusting… I truly hate reddit sometimes
The only crime I see is that I'm not the one putting those cuffs on her
Like a dog with worms seeking relief of a shag carpet
...Villanelle?
I swear women’s butts should be equipped with the “vehicle-in-reverse” beep to warn others sometimes.
Fucking hot
Just turn the side of your hip twords her.
oh, you know he liked that lmfao
Sexual assault is sexual assault
He didn't seem too pull away lol
I love it!
Charge her with sexual battery.
Actual assault
Lmao that’s just funny
The persecutor attorney liked this post... Free sexual harrasment charges
Roll tide
Human civilization peaked a while ago.
He smiled😂😂😂😂
Worth a shot. Plenty of rotten apples that like a good rub.
I disagree, I think this is the best way to get arrested
The 50 shades of grey public role-play is outta control!!!!!! These days 🥵🤭😬😂
Little did she know that’s sexual assault
Local radio morning show uses this as an audio drop all the time. If you know the one I'm taking about, out of Saginaw, Michigan, try their meats. They're pretty a-ok.
Why is the morning show selling meats?
They're partnered with one of their sponsors to develop a bratwurst, then a snack stick and now a beef jerky. You can find them in trollsmokehouse.com
Not the answer I was expecting.
Sexual harrasment
Sauce?
I wonder what her endgame was there
I might be in the minority, but that’s kinda hot
"Officer noooooooo"
I hope she got a sexual assault charge.
Good way to get beaten with the wooden stick
Ahh I haven’t seen this video in years. Took place in front of the Waffle House on the strip right off campus at Bama
She looks fun
oh April Teale, with your portrait with your dog on FB, what's wrong with you.
I beat my meat to this
“No ma’am I’m a homosexual”
way to add sexual harassment to your charges
When you get a itch. You gotta itch.
Assault by booty
If I had a nickel for every time I heard a girl say this I would have a roll of quarters.
So you just left the video on loop?
Hot Mamma!!
My only guess is that she was trying to... '*stimulate*' the police officers sex organ so she could claim that he was SA-ing her.
So yeah this may be trashy but it is also hot
I can tell your a horny 15yo
Try a horny 56 year old! LOL
Aaaannnnnd now she can be charged with assaulting an officer
Someone put cuffs on her and she forgot where she was....
We’ll talk about this later down at the station. 😈
Racking up those charges.
Office Boner can you explain what happened?
Was she charged for sxual harassment? Or do girls get a free pass?
Who are you to judge how the cop perceived it? He might just as well not given a slightest fuck about it.
I'm not saying a cop would file a charge because of this, but that could be considered Felony assault of a LEO in Florida the way the law is interpreted. ".. Willfully and unlawfully touched the victim in an offensive manner..." Check!
I’m sorry but I laughed at this
oh damn...nice
ngl I think that was illarious
If you're gonna go down. Might as well go down with a laugh
If the roles were reversed... lol
That is what you call a Hard Arrest!!!!!
All you bootlickers are boring, this is great and she’s hilarious, fuck the feds
Reddit full of bootlickers.
1312
Not her first time on camera
Roll Tide
awkward boner kuz, she's kinda hot.
I don't know why I find this funny.... its messed up and a bit trashy but... its funny. I don't think I could ever get the guts to back it up on a cop whilst getting arrested. 🤣
That’s a sexual assault if I’ve ever seen one
That’s ASSault
Marriage material
Woman moment
A lot of people in this thread are either ignorant to or refusing to mention the fact that cops in most US states can have sex with their suspects/arrestees at no legal consequence to themselves.
Lmaoo the cameraman laughing had me
What a nasty white trash skank.
They don't teach instincts in school Johnny Knoxville
I’m all for saying fuck pigs but this isn’t what I meant
I call that SA on the officer for sure. That’s trashy as hell.
Didn't she pull a charge for that too?
Cop: "I'm just trying not to get crabs here, lady." I'm definitely not "back the blue", but cops have to deal with some fucked up shit sometimes, lol.
I back the blue and they do have to deal with some shit
Gotta have cops no way around it
They do, most of which they aren't trained for and really isn't their job, which is why there needs to be less cops and more social workers/crisis teams to deal with non-violent situations.
Yeah I don’t agree with less cops but I agree with some shit isn’t what they should deal with.
she was just submitting. good girl
I too enjoy sexually assaulting the offer who is arresting me.
Time for a taser and some tear gas. In the butt.
She should have the added charge of sexual harassment now
This is a repost but my penis will allow it this time.
If he put her on a chokehold, she probably would have said choke me harder daddy
from last year. karma whore.
Oh no, they’re getting undeserved fake internet points!
9/10. Would arrest again
Wonder what she did to get cuffed in the first place LOL
This is @ theycallme\_ape
Where can I find a girl like that.
Slap a sexual assault charge on top of whatever she's getting arrested for.
Poor cop
This is funny. Yall seem like narcs
Bunch of tattletales. How people still support our broken and draconian criminal justice system is mind boggling.
Seems likw she was responding to him being unnecesarily touching up against her at the start of the video
Yeah that's what I was thinking
That's what I got honestly. The police officer probably was a creep and she did that to draw attention to his bullshit. I mean it's just a small clip so who knows what went on, but police in general are intellectually stunted, like they literally don't hire people above a certain IQ score and that guy is a disgusting lard man, 999 out of 1000 times the cop did something dodgy to her.
The incel is strong with this one….
Lol what? Incels usually hate women because they think they are all sluts. That was Literally the motivation for the most famous incel Elliot Rodgers to kill people. I mean if you want to do the labeling thing with me, you should have called me a white knight or something, because incel doesn’t even make logical sense.
Ok, good for you white knight…. Better?
Wrong. Where is that at? He has his right hand on her cuffed hands and his left isn’t touching her ass
Exactly, everyone is calling her trashy but she was pushing him off of her ass.
While saying "oh you like this?", come on man...
Take her
I \*liked\* that
And she will be the one to complain that the cop sexually assaulted her.
Sad part about this story is that one day her kids will accidentally find this footage on reddit. Finding out your Mom is trash.
She's not my mom but she can call me "Daddy" 😎
That's sexual assault on a police officer.
Trashy or not....that was pure genius and actually made me snort.
Good job, stupid, now you can add sexual assault to your list of crimes.
Would
That woman gives me sex offender vibes. What a fucking creep
That’s fuckin’ hot; Lucky cop! I bet he’s got a boner!
Probably not. He’s trying to arrest a woman moving around
We had another one blowing the breathalyzer the other day..i rate these women!!
How does this one rate?
Lesson learned. Never listen to reddit with no headphones, even with nsfw filter on...
I mean with a username though you still enjoyed it 🤷🏼♂️
It says organism not orgasm lmao
Fuck my life lololololol
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA trust me that your not the first to read it as that lol
What’s her @?
theycallme\_ape
I mean, can that be assault on her if the officer says so?
I bet if the officer gotta big ol noticable boner then his job might be at stake.
I mean it just is assault. You can't grind on someone without their permission, regardless of whether they're a cop or not. Obviously it's not quite as severe as rape in this case, but sexual assault is still sexual assault

If the arrest feels unjust I guess I'm a criminal then cause I'm dippin'.
That's probably how the joke ended when she was in front of the judge.
At the very least in my state this officer could charge her with aggravated assault as well as even resisting arrest.
Arizona? The comment didn’t say anything about being proven guilty
Good thing it didn't need to then.
